Rented a truck for moving and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Truck was in good shape and handled very well, better experience than Ive ever had at a Uhaul thats for sure.
Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a truck rental

First rate shipping and truck rental location, expertly managed by a caring individual, everything just works like clockwork. I reserved a Penske moving truck here and I was able to actually call and speak with the location where this truck is. The manager went out to the truck before my arrival to check it out for me and told me over the phone about its condition. Amazing and so impressive. This may be standard operating procedure for Penske but I know from experience that it is not frequently followed. I have rented all over the country and I’ve never had better service than in Cottonwood. The morning of the pick up everything was set and prepared, the paperwork on the counter ready for my signature and the keys waiting, pads folded beautifully inside clean swept truck. These things don’t just happen, the manager took care of all of this for me. Hats off. The location is easy to find, easy to pull in with the truck and you can get your shipping done as well. Overall, fantastic experience made possible by one caring individual who makes this place work. And here I thought that the world where people took pride in their work was all but gone. Thank you for making my move possible, could not have done it without you.

I wish I'd gotten the gentleman's name who runs the FedEx facility at this location - he needs to be personally complimented.

On December 23rd, I had gone to Office Max with unpacked items, hoping to have them packaged and then shipped by FedEx. I was informed that their location only accepts shipments that are already packaged.

An employee from Office Max, Michelle, had called this gentleman to let him know I was on my way over. Even though he was getting ready to close, he stated that he would wait for me.

When I arrived, he assisted me as I moved the items to be shipped from my car to his office. I did not have to ask for his help - he is simply a gentleman.

Once inside, he efficiently sorted through the jumbled mess I had brought, and sorted which items to ship to which location. (I was shipping to two different residential addresses.)

He kept up a friendly banter while he measured, weighed, and sorted.

In very little time, he had efficiently created order out of chaos.

He then printed my receipts, let me know when the boxes would leave his facility, and wished me happy holidays. A very pleasant experience in the midst of holiday rush!

We prefer to ship using FedEx and used this location to ship a fragile gift for a special great grandson to the East coast. The package arrived safely and was handed in person to the recipient. We're very happy using this facility for our shipping needs. Great place to do business.

What a pleasure to have such a place in Cottonwood. Since our arrival this year David has been so kind as to receive and ship boxes for us. Our first visit we weren't quite able to justify the shipment due to cost and David personally helped us rebox the item so it was smaller in size saving us money. If the shop isn't busy he really goes the extra mile for us. His prices are beyond reasonable and it has always been a pleasure sending him new business. It is great to see when small business succeed with an owner who enjoys what he does and appreciates his customers.

This is an awesome place to ship your packages from. I was amazed at how great the service was here compared to the other places in Cottonwood.

I brought a large package in that had fragile electronics. David asked me if I thought it was packed well enough to ship. I said I wasn't sure, and after shaking the package I determined that no, it probably wasn't. He didn't offer to sell me additional packaging or a roll of tape like has happened at other places (I am obviously not a shipper by trade!!).

Instead he told me that he would be happy to re-pack it for me and make sure it had enough material in the box because he wanted to make sure it was safe on the trip.

I was just amazed! I would never have expected that level of service from a shipping place and certainly have never received that type of service from anywhere else. The other places are pretty much take a number, okay, here you are, have a nice day.

If you need a package shipped go with AZ Postal.

While we are at it, I was reading the other reviews here and I have no clue what Alyson was talking about with her review but she obviously wan't reviewing a shipping place!

I feel like an awful person for not leaving this review sooner! We've been loyal customers for over three years now. Whenever we're in the Cottonwood area David's business is our absolute most trusted and reliable parcel reciever and shipper. He and his son always go above and beyond. We're looking forward to being their loyal customers for years to come.
