I needed a car shipped from Texas to NY , I was put in touch with these folks and everything went perfect. they were able to get me in there schedule promptly . Dispatch contacted me and the seller to arrange the pick up and to let me know when to expect car , My driver Russel Stayed in contact as he made his way across the country . Called 3 hours prior to arrival to confirm arrival time . And arrived on time. My wife and daughter met with him for car delivery , He shared some info on the car the seller shared with him. We received a pre shipping condition report and a post shipping report .EVERY THING WENT PERFECT , There equipment looks brand new and in great shape Next car I get shipped I will reach out to these folks first.

Do not trust this company. They caused over $16,000 is damages to a 2020 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. Over a month later still have yet to resolve this issue. They repeated ignored/dodged my efforts to reach them and once I was able to even get a hold of someone will only say the claims department will call back because the claims department does not have a phone number!? Nonsense. Don't deal with this unprofessional and dishonest company unless you want your car wrecked.

I have shipped several very rare and unreplaceable vehicles with Autobox. The main POC Sebastian is a professional and excellent. They have truly delivered every single car to me without adding even a single scratch over the years. If you have a special vehicle and are concerned about transport I would contact them. There enclosed trucks are top notch and the drivers have all been down to earth professional who understand what they're transporting. I purchased a car it took me nearly one decade to find, and I was extremely nervous about transport across the country. They did a great job - even with a minor hiccup during transport - the car came to me exactly how it was before it was loaded.

Autobox Express picked up my newly acquired Porsche 911 from a dealer in Chicago and transported it down to Florida. The driver picked up on the scheduled day, took tons of photos of the vehicle at pickup and safely delivered it to me in Florida 2 days later. Everything was well documented. Super easy and without any incidents. These guys know what they’re doing, especially with exotic cars. 100% would use them again to transport any of my cars. Thank you Autobox!

Recently had the pleasure of having my new C8 delivered by Autobox Express. Ernie, is who I worked with to schedule everything, super professional and easy. Shane, was the driver who I met in person upon receipt of my vehicle. Both took great care throughout the entire process and should I have the need to transport another vehicle I wouldn’t think twice to call them again. Appreciate it !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their drivers are careless with your vehicle and when you file a legitimate claim they refuse to return calls, hide behind email and refuse to acknowledge fault. The broker and insurance company acknowledge they are at fault. The before and after pictures their driver took prove damage was caused while in their care, yet they deny fault. They carry a high $10K insurance deductible giving them an easy out to deny your claim. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They do not care about their clients and unethically conduct business. Places like this should have their Docket number stripped and be put out of business. I attached their delivery drivers before and after pictures to show this is not a bogus claim to bash a company. Take notice of the fender bends near the hood under the head lights. I have many more pictures and and videos with further documentation and proof of bumper, air-dam, and hood that I did not attach here.

I recently used AutoBox Express via Sherpa Auto Transport. I have to say I was beyond impressed by Alex's (driver) professionalism, responsiveness, and high level of communications. Which is essential when transporting such valuable cargo. Alex's truck was amazing. He was transporting very high-end cars and it was clear that were in great hands. Don't look anywhere else. We just received a new vehicle last night that had been transported across country with Alex (driver) . He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He kept my husband informed of his whereabouts the entire trip and was incredibly thorough. He obviously cares deeply about his work and the vehicles in his care. His truck was immaculate, his timing right on point, and his care for our vehicle and the others in his truck was phenomenal. We will recommend AutoBox Express highly to anyone we know of that is in need of a transport company.
