El día de ayer 21/07/2020 alas 6 de la tarde fuí hacer un envío y la señora que estaba atendiendo no me hizo el envío por porque eran muchos billetes para contar que ahí no tenían máquinas como en los bancos para contar y la escusa de no aceptarme hacer el envío fue mi cédula Colombiana no tenía fecha de expiración siempre he ido a enviar y nunca me habían puesto problema. Me tocó ir a otro lugar de ría donde no les dio pereza contar y me hicieron el envío.

El servicio mas mediocre de envío de cajas, envié dos cajas en noviembre, y solo llego una a mediados de diciembre 2018, y por el momento tengo una caja que según el sistema on line de tracking se encuentra en la bodega de ellos en la Caracas, Bogota. Cuando vengo a esta oficina por que me toca, por que nunca contestan el teléfono, no saben ni donde esta la caja, ni cuando la van a entregar.. le aconsejo envíen sus envíos por otros lados, servientrega, avianca etc.. van a pagar un poco mas pero vale la pena el servicio.. cierren este negocio si no pueden vender bien su producto, ahora el siguiente paso sera reportarlos con la FAA, acá no es "Colombia" y acá se respetan los clientes.

Buen servicio, pero se necesita un Milagro Para que respondan el telefono, deben mejorar la atencion por linea. Pesima
