For some dumb reason, the boneless chicken is more expensive than the wings. Idk if it's because the wings are definitely sterioded up and immature or the boneless is cut-up pieces of a breast. Had to go back so I can actually have something to eat. the kool-aid was good, but they have never cleaned the inside of the dispenser so it's caked with sediment from old Kool-aid. This is sad I really used too like this place.

Call me old fashion, but I’m from a generation where service counts! I ordered 36 wings ($56.00) and was short 8 wings. I tried calling for 30 min and nobody answered. I decided to wait until the morning, as it was nearing 8pm and I don’t drive at night due to loss of vision. The day Manager was a woman, and she was quite snarky demanding I return the product back as per their policy. I just wanted the 8 wings I paid for, and nothing more! I cannot return the product, as most of it was consumed the night before. She kept saying “there is nothing (she) could do” and that I should’ve returned last night. There is always something you can do to satisfy a customer! She finally agreed to give me the 8 wings I was shorted, after I refused to give her my personal phone number and name to speak to the owner ( Eric). She refused to give me his number, and insisted on obtaining my personal information. I have been to the franchise on Stapley in Mesa, and never have had a problem. Looks like I’ll need to drive the extra 25 min to get good service. It should be so difficult to be served correctly!
Updated: when I went to pick up my 8 wings she did apologize and gave me 12 with a coke. Her attitude had changed, perhaps she saw my post. I appreciated her apology, although I did not ask for one. I just wanted the 8 wings to begin with! Lets not make it difficult and just smile and move on!

I have been hearing great things about ATL Wings and have been told by a number of family and friends that they are the best. Unfortunately, I had a VERY different experience. I ordered 12 boneless wings (6 Garlic Parmesan, and 6 Ranch dry rub).

Immediately upon opening the container, I could tell this was not off to a great start. ALL of the wings were tiny, about the size of a quarter. The ranch dry rub wings had almost no seasoning on them and they were sitting in a pool of butter. The Garlic Parmesan were a little better seasoned, but still lacked the favor I expect from them.

The only bright spot was the Bacon Cheese fries, and to say this was the bright spot is generous. I ordered the fries Extra Crispy, but they were incredibly soggy. Luckily the cheese sauce and the use of plenty of real bacon helped make them enjoyable.

Overall, I was quite disappointed in the quality of the food. I DO NOT feel that the wings I got were even worth $5, let alone $13. For a place that ONLY does wings, I would expect a MUCH better product. I don't think I will be returning, instead I will go across the street to BWW's. I will pay the same, but get better quality food. Even Pizza Huts wings are superior to what ATL provided.

Not sure about the negative reviews but I had a great first experience. 10/24/2024 pick up at 7:20. Tall young guy with tats was super friendly and made sure I got everything I needed. I got the 12 bone in wing combo. It came with 1 blue cheese but ole dude hooked it up with an extra. 1 is definitely not enough for 12 wings. I had to drive about 10 minutes to get home but the wings were still hot. Solid wing size and great flavor. Definitely will be back.

"I recently visited ATL Wings in Queen Creek off of Rittenhouse and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The wings I ordered were not cooked properly and the chicken wing bones were all broken when I bit into them, a few wings looked deformed . It was clear that the wings were not freshly cooked and the overall quality of the food was lacking. I was really looking forward to enjoying some delicious wings, but unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope that the restaurant can improve on their food quality and cooking techniques in the future to provide a better dining experience for their customers."

First time having ATL wings in a while and was very disappointed in my experience. Ordered online so that I wouldn't have to wait around in the store for my order. Showed up at the time my order was scheduled to be ready. Mind you the order was scheduled to be picked up 50 mins after I placed the order which in my opinion is already quite a long time. Once we arrived we still had to wait almost 20 additional mins for the order to be ready! It's not like we ordered anything crazy either. 18 boneless wings, that's it! Over an hour to make 18 boneless wings. Once we received the order we were even more disappointed because many of the "wings" that were counted into the order barely qualified as a popcorn chicken! Tiny! Like the smallest morsel of chicken and 90% bread and still small as hell. And they counted that as a whole "wing". All in all not lining up at the door to return to this place.

Great fries, the boneless wings were good (not amazing) I loved their chicken sandwich, must get. Loved the staff and it has a very nice atmosphere! A great family owned local place to stop by.
