I've had exceptional service from them from start to finish. I visited their lot in Spring of 2024 and was met by salesman John Jetter, who was very informative and guided my sister and myself to the best fit home for me.

I had the home build, since they did not have a 2 bedroom unit on their lot. After only a few weeks my home was delivered to their place and I was welcomed to come visit it at their lot as much as I wanted. Then within another few days it was delivered to my lot and leveled up by a good crew. Delivery was included in the price.

Not long after, a guy came and installed the underpinning within a few hours and it looks great! This was included in the price.

Atkinson has a guy who works for them that fixes anything that needs it, such as correcting doors that may not latch well, etc. The guy's name is John. He did a great job with the few things that needed adjusting. He also mounted my glass storm door, which I love!! This was all included in the price.

You can't go wrong buying from Atkinson. And no, they did not ask for this review. They've never mentioned giving them a review of any kind.

Heidi did a WONDERFUL JOB handling all of the follow-up scheduling and tasks mentioned above. Thank you Heidi!

When we first decided it was time to upgrade our home, we went to several different mobile home lots. None of the others compared to Atkinson’s. Not only did they have the best prices, but Jeter made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start. He helped us to find the perfect home for our growing family that was in our budget. Heidi always replied quickly to my million questions and never made me feel like I was a bother to her. They knew we were on a time crunch with a new baby coming and promised to try their best to have everything completed on time for us to be able to bring our baby home to our new double wide and they kept their promise! We are so happy in our new home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will recommend Atkinson to everyone!

I would like to share my experience with Jeter, and Heidi. My husband and I have been looking at Tiny homes for 2 years, and we had been going back and forth and decided to sell our camper and go ahead and buy a tiny home for our RV lot, so we went to Atkinson Homes and we have had the best experience from beginning and now we will be closing this week, they got this all done in 2 weeks and delivery is set for the 3rd week. If you want to find the best prices, Quality work and excellent customer service I would go check them out. Jeter and Heidi Thank you so much for making all this go so smoothly and helping us get the perfect home! Shout out to David Cornelius for the repairs and taking the time to make sure our home is absolutely perfect!! Such a great guy and very professional. Can’t say enough about this company, They have been the best. If you need under pinning done go through Chris Masters he does amazing work.

Where to begin…. When we started this process of looking for our home in January and honestly it was a nightmare. We went to several dealerships and looked and read review after review. I somehow stubbled upon Atkinsons homes (they had the best reviews) and we decided to give it a shot. Jeter was our man! He answered ALL the questions we had and told us exactly what to expect so after we found our home the Liza Jane we knew we were going to buy it from them! They had MUCH better prices than the other companies we looked into also so that was a plus! When we got our approval and purchased the home we dealt more with Heidi! Let me tell you she is amazing! She gets things DONE! Our home was delivered in March after waiting 3 weeks for it to stop raining. So after 30 days all I can say is We love it!!! And We are FINALLY HOME!! We had very minor issues that we had to handle but as soon as I told Heidi she had someone on it either the same day or right after. I am so thankful for them and helping with our 1st home purchase as well. So again Thank you to all of the wonderful people at Atkinson’s Home for making this so easy. We have already referred 2 people to come see you! Thank you again Jeter and Heidi or your responsiveness and for being available to us!

Lyvoyeis my salesperson and he has been on top of stuff since I walked through the door great customer service and answered every question I am in the process of buying and I love love love this place me and my mom was looking at the homes and it’s was super hot he came by and brought us water and when we went inside he offered us more he has been so much help the homes are super beautiful and the staff is very nice when I walked through the door the first thing I saw was a smile and they greeted me the first company that day to do that I definitely do not want to even try another company this place has been great to me super excited to let this place be where I purchase my first home for me and my children
