Absolute worst experience with receiving freight. Was supposed to have 24hr notice. Instead, the super rude guy just shows up at 7pm on Friday. He already has the pallet sitting in the middle of the street. No notice whatsoever. Our phone number was right on the waybill. We were not prepared in any way to receive this shipment, especially at 7pm on Friday. Avoid if possible!

USE A COMPETITOR. Only one experience but it was terrible. It took three business days to get my shipment from Eureka to Mckinleyville . Tracking and communication were non-existent, and their phone system will not accept messages. Poor performance all around.
