This place has a lot of rugs. Pretty annoyed with this election that they're all so plain. Just white and gray and nothing of color that were really pop in my dining room. Otherwise there are tons of end tables and benches and the Christmas stuff is a little overkill. But guess what? No music at least no Christmas music that I can hear of

Deceptive! Be VERY careful with the sale signs. They have a sign saying 25% off posted at the Fall wreaths but when you get to the counter they do not take any discount. Be very very careful about their signage. This placement of the sign at this rack is deceptive and is intentionally there to trick you into buying something on sale that is not. Only this 1 teeny tiny shelf in the picture there does this sign apply to… out of a whole 12x12’ rack!!! Further they have all this little stuff on a different shelf in the store but they put this sign up at the wreaths! Why? I’ve lost respect for this store. And… corporate just announced they were closing all the stores after Christmas! Doing stuff like this kind of deception loses customers!!!

Well organized store with friendly staff. Although I will say if you need help with anything it is hard to find help as they seem to be understaffed. Overall though this store is awesome!

I love this store, for the most part you can get good quality home furnishings at a great price! They have a huge selection and I am sure they have something for everyone. I just don’t buy furniture from this store as I think it’s overpriced and cheaply made. I would usually rate it higher, I just found it somewhat annoying today that a lot of items were not priced and the store was not as organized as usual. I will still shop here though.

It’s really sad that this large of store has bare minimum help there! It’s not on the few workers that is there! However, there should be someone that manages the floor when a customer is trying to get something from the top shelves! Then they only have one item and when asked they tell you they are waiting on a truck! Then when the item is scan it states they are in route and to feel free to call and they will let know if item is there but when I SAY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! Phone go straight to voicemail!! I will be returning the one piece I have because I can not get answer if the other is in the store yet! I even went to the store over a 20 minute drive and was met with they still do not have it nor do they know if they are even on the truck that has come in!! Just sad but again I will be returning the table to get a full refund!! Need to be paid for waste of time and inconvenience!!

I love this place they have alot of good products in there,I just wish it was easier to find things. The store is huge they need to have aisle with numbers or alphabet so we can get better help from them when wanting to know what aisle something is in.

Place is a dump. They only ever have 1 person at checkout and good luck finding the "clearance " items. U have to search all over to find a small red sticker. Why not put all the clearance in one area. Duh

Need to get some curtains for room . Great selection plus it is dog friendly and I am training a therapy dog which made it a great experience for both of us.
