STAY AWAY FROM PETER KOLB! (WORST COMPANY EVER)
I would give it zero star if I could. I never write reviews but I was so disappointed I had to take my time to write about my unsatisfaction and save people from making huge mistakes with this company. Peter is the most unprofessional man I've ever met. My experience with him started from being skeptical to me trusting him to me wishing I never made any business with him.
His warehouse is in a isolated place and they have tons of cameras everywhere in the lobby. When I first walked in, his assistant gave me a weird look almost as if they were hiding something or doing illegal transactions. I then quickly trusted Peter because he was nice to me and explained me some basics regarding the info I needed to ship my car overseas. His nice behavior ended the same day and I truly believe he was just in a good mood that day. Peter made little to no effort to help me with my merchandise. I had 1 car sitting with him for nearly 2 months because of his LACK OF EXPERTISE. My first complaint to Peter was when I noticed my "2017 brand new car" was very dirty at his warehouse although it was picked up from the dealership " extra clean". His response was that he is not liable for that. So who was? He literally showed no compassion for my concern.
My second complaint was when he told me he was going to find out more information about a document regarding my car shipment. Every week Peter had a new document request that was clearly not needed. He kept wasting my time and I had to call him multiple time to check the status and he finally had the nerve to tell me in his own words " lady, when I have time, I will do it, if you are not satisfied, come pick up your stuff and leave me alone. I do not have time to babysit someone who does not know what to do "... Really? I am the customer coming to his company hoping that their level of expertise would guide me through the process and provide all the required information in a timely manner and he had the nerve to put the blame on me? And moreover tell me that he will respond to my needs when he has the time?
At this point I knew I was dealing with a very arrogant man who has no idea what industry he's doing business in. I switched to a different company and did exactly what he advised me to do: I picked up all my stuff. He had the nerve to have his secretary send me an invoice for the time my stuff were kept at his warehouse. For something that was not my fault, that was the last thing I expected from him. I paid him because I had no choice since he was still in possession of my stuff. I also had some boxes along with the car and when the towing company picked up my stuff, they notified me that Peter and his staff broke some of my boxes. Never did Peter apologize or notify me. Not only was he unpleasant with me, but he never cared about my stuff and did not care breaking my boxes.
I could go on and on regarding my experience.. There are many companies in Miami that have good reputation and will get your car shipped overseas on time with no issues. Do not let yourself fooled by positive reviews that are FAKE. He probably paid some people to write these reviews.
STAY AWAY if you care about your car!!

I shipped many vehicles over the last 20 years to Europe most of them with ASI. Worked always perfect for a reasonable price in comparison to other companies. Also reliable partners in Germany and Antwerp. The company has German roots and Peter and Bulent know exactly what is necessary for Export from the US to Europe. No surprises and fast container shipping. Thanks again for doing business for over 20 years with you.
Bye from Germany.

We ship many Cars with this company since 1992 but it got worster and worster every Year. The last Time they scrached the roof of one 1 Year old Golf GTI and also from a nice CL55AMG with only 33k miles and the owner think he is not responsible for the Damage which is definately from pushing the cars into the Container with the forklift. Also every time more stuff did not arrive because it was stolen or they forgot to ship it.
Very bad experience during the last Years. So we will never use this company with his arrogant owner Peter Kolb. For the last Parcel which was "forgotten" we wait since arround 2 Years. They have promised to send it, but they never did.

Peter Kolb and his shipping company are very unprofessional and did not get my service done. This is the email I sent to arrogant Peter Kolb:

Dear Peter,

I would like to take this time out of my busy schedule to let you know about my dissatisfaction with our recent business interaction which went on for almost 2 months without any positive outcome. Here are key areas where you, as a "professional", lacked expertise, patience and professionalism:

1. I am a customer who needed help to get a service done, but you did nothing (or very little) to move things forward as fast as possible so we could ship our goods to Senegal.

2. You were not flexible in your approach and did not even try to understand your customer's needs and requirement to get the transaction going.

3. You lacked professionalism which greatly showed when you last interacted with my sister. You told her she could take her business elsewhere when she just called you to get a status of how things were moving along. You also did this with a raised tone in your voice which prompted my sister to not want to do business with you anymore.

4. You were not concerned about how much pressed we were in time to get our goods shipped to Senegal. This attitude really showed that you did not care (or care very little) about how much time it took for our transaction to take place.

5. You did not have the courtesy to carry out YOURSELF the last transactions I had to make with your company. You instead passed me to one of your secretary to handle the situation when you well know that you were the only person I ever interacted with in you company. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced.

There are lots of things I did not touch upon because the list goes on and on, but I want to make this email as short as possible.
I should have taken note of all these things much earlier and taken my business elsewhere like you even pointed out to my sister in your last interaction with her. This is partly my fault.

I just wanted to let you know that we were able to find another business who can ship our goods in a timely manner without all the "so called" paperwork you always referred to (like I said you failed to understand your customer and LOST BUSINESS). I did not mind paying $700 for you keeping my things in storage but I think you took advantage of the situation and let it drag to profit from us without really solving our problem. This is not a big deal because it is only a one time transaction.

Continuing from my last statement above, I will not ever come to your business again nor will I ever refer you to anybody for your services.

Each one of my siblings (including me), who are also copied on this email, will be writing a review on our bad experience with your business. To be quite frank, this is one of the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business of any kind.

You can expect the reviews to be of a negative taste and similar or worse than this email.

Thanks for the experience

Long waiting times, It took 4 months, of which the vehicle was 3 months with him at the parking lot.
If you ask for feedback, you are equally annoying, poor communication and then the car was transported from Utah to Miami on its own wheels.
It had over 1500 miles more on the speedometer and the interior was full of rubbish.
No more response to emails
*Never ever *
