My experience with ASAP Air AC was absolutely great! I woke up to my AC broken and I already knew my AC was due to be replaced a long time ago. I called ASAP and spoke with Richard for an estimate on a new system. Richard took time to explain my options and made recommendations that fit my budget. The following day my request for a loan to cover the expenses was approved and the following day I had technicans installing my new AC unit! The workers that came out and installed the system were extremely nice, cleaned up after they were finished and were very informative about the new system. The whole experience was great and I would recommend ASAP Air AC to my friends and family.

Rick and his team are amazing! Our AC went out and they were at our home within hours. Quickly assessed the problem, made recommendations, and worked with us to make a plan. Replacement of our condenser was next day with a quality brand and our AC output was increased exponentially. They also identified some missteps from our builder and repaired them as well. ASAP AC were awesome. They were flexible and quick when I was hoping they could meet soon after I called. They were way more affordable than the big companies, and they didn’t use subcontractors. When the company I tried to go through before ASAP used subcontractors, there were ridiculous communication disconnects, and they cancelled service after arriving at our house because they decided to perform it the next day. ASAP came that night and had our system replaced in 3 hours.

We have used ASAP AIR numerous times and Richard does not disappoint. Our older heat pump was not keeping up with the 90+ temperatures last week and I called at 8:10 PM Monday night. Richard came out the next morning at 9:15 AM and recommended we replace the system. His crew came the next morning and was done with everything by 2:00 PM. I had a wonderful experience! I phoned last night, on Mother’s Day, and spoke with Richard. He talked me through the problem and recommended that I turn off the a/c for 2-3 hours as he suspected a part was freezing as my air filter was overdue to be changed. He was very nice and helpful telling me if this didn’t work I could call them in the morning and they’d work me in that day. Richard’s suggestion worked! Problem fixed! I’m very grateful. I called first thing in the morning and ASAP Air was great on the phone and said they could be out to address my AC issues that day. They came a couple of hours later and immediately diagnosed the problem without having to do any serious work. Their service charge was very reasonable at $69.95, and I loved how they wanted to be conservative with their actions so they coud save me money. I can vouch for ASAP Air and their quick, professional service. I was able to request an appointment online and was promptly contacted to setup an time. I setup the appointment in the afternoon and they arrived early the next morning.

This company is fully insured & guarantees their work. There were two service technicians that came and they carry parts with them so they can fix the problem in one visit.

They made suggestions on things I could consider for maintenance and efficiency but were not at all pushy.

I will be calling them back when I need service again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

owner of company arrived within one hour late in the day to service my ac that had just quit working. Richard was very polite and helpful in explaining the problem and repairing the unit. The work was requested and performed after 4pm on a Monday. Most service providers would have charged extra for emergency service so late in day. Richard also spent another hour sharing info on what to consider when replacing my unit that is 30 years old. I very much appreciated the time spent answering my questions and sharing thoughts on what to consider when purchasing a new system......Steve
