I had an extremely disappointing experience with Amazing Movers, or should I say, Around Town Movers LLC, on 3/13/24. Communication has been a nightmare, with missed appointments, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. The owner, Cody Wilson, has been rude and dismissive, offering no efforts to resolve the issues. They arrived late, ill-prepared, with shoddy equipment, and multiple breakdowns. This has caused me immense stress, missed work, and extra expenses. Avoid this company at all costs; they are not worth the hassle or the $105 deposit they took. As of today, despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve the situation, I am still without my furniture. The lack of follow-through and accountability from Amazing Movers, or Around Town Movers LLC, has been beyond frustrating. This prolonged ordeal has left me without essential belongings, disrupting my daily life and causing further inconvenience. The utter disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, and I strongly advise against engaging with this company for any moving needs.

Cody Wilson again has missed appointment to bring my future this has been going on since 3/13/24, it is now 4/6/24, since has been in possession of my furniture and continues to play games with me and tells me it’s just going to storage. Do to his continued equipment fails. Booking other customers around me, instead of just making the situation right with my move that has take a month to go 8 miles.

Owner Cody Wilson stated that I would be receiving my refund and it would take 48 hrs, needless to say he is a lair and will not return my calls or text. Never received refund.

Finally received my furniture after an entire month, he should up with the same broken truck with my furniture on and damaged.

He stated he would make it right and of course he isn’t a man of is word..

I have endured so much with the company and this so called man. Again Beware, I had to file police reports and obtain an attorney.

Cody was great with communication about the process. He is a hard worker, even worked in the dark/long hours. He made sure the job was done on time as promised. The quality of his work was also great! His pricing was reasonable and he was very friendly! I will recommend him to all my friends!

They were 2.5 hours late. Once the movers arrived, one did nothing but complain the entire time. They did not wrap the furniture with any protective covering. They did not bring a truck big enough so had to make 2 trips. They threw my items in the storage building. I have several damaged pieces and I have several missing items. I cried the entire time unpacking my things.I made the owner aware and his response was “is that all?”. I’ve used moving companies a few times and this by far was the worse. Unless you want your things damaged or stolen...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

I will say if you use this company to be careful. We're used them because they were a family friend, so we got him to come out and give us a quote. The quote that was given was to bring 2 moving trucks and this would have been sufficient top move everything. The problem was be showed up with 1 trailer on moving day and grief to load everything. They were not able to get everything loaded and we still have items that never got moved. I was promised they would get moved, but now I can't get any reply.

I called and had Around Town come to my home to move some furniture that I was unable to get moved by myself. They showed up in a record amount of time and were so nice and professional. They will always be my first call for moving needs.

the team that moved my home did an awesome job. nothing got scratched or broken. the whole team was very respectable of my wants and needs as far as placement of my things went. overall great moving team i have to say. thanks you guys for being awesome!!!!

Movers broke our glass top slide in stove and broke our counter top. We were told that they would make it right. It has been over a month and my calls are not returned. I would not recommend!
