My sister at one time had four large storage units here and I helped her a lot including cleaning them out when she got sick. The management was always helpful and often went above and beyond to help. The place is secure and the storage lockers are easily accessible with lots of light in the halls. I never had even a whisper of a problem and neither did my sister. Strongly recommend!

Managers are the best and so helpful. Units are cooled and spacious. Best price compared to others storage sites in the area. We have used Ft Apache many times in the last 30+ years.

I've used many storage facilities over the years. Arizona Storage Inns - Fort Apache is by far the best. Fully enclosed with an impenetrable gate and video cameras everywhere, you can rest assured your property is safe. But the best part by far is the outstanding service that Karrie, the property manager, provides. She works hard to keep the facility running smoothly.

Update - sort of. Everything I said a year ago still holds true. They have been great to work with. They are diligent about the security and every thing was clean. Would rent from them again.

Rented here for a year. Found the staff to be excellent. Place was always clean and, more importantly, secure. Very common to find one of the staff walking the grounds and making sure everything is ok. Will continue to rent here and do recommend it to others.

Best storage experience I've ever had! Great rate (even with the insurance!), clean, easy to access facility right by my place. The Manager Karrie is super nice, she even gave my nephew a golf cart ride, which he loved 🙂 And Muzzy on the front office was just as nice and helpful. They both answered all of my questions & made me feel welcomed to Mesa instantly! I've already told friends in the area to rent here! They have great customer service & delivered a great rental experience. Thank you Ladies!

They ripped me off years ago and sold my unit without notifying me!

I think all business that is open on a public road owes the public the promise of taking our country's legal tender. They say it's so they don't have to go to the bank! Why is that my problem? What do they do with the money order? Just treat me like a fool. Then the corporate number Sabrina hung up on me! What a nightmare!
