I am beyond pleased with the Arizona Self Storage at Tucson Foothills facility and with its employees. First of all, Bethany and Donielle are exceptional! They work in the office and are there for all your needs. They are very pleasant and it's refreshing to be around them because it's evident they really love their job and the people they come in contact with. Next, I've never been to a storage facility that is so clean!!! I swear, I would even consider eating off the floors inside my storage unit, within the hallways, and even inside the bathroom! I'm talking hospital operating room clean! Just kidding, but not kidding! It's the most clean storage building I have ever been inside. It's also extremely easy to drop off or pick up items to and from my storage unit. I couldn't recommend this place more! I have been telling everyone about it! You will not be disappointed. Once I saw it, I knew this would be my place to store my stuff. Don't forget to ask about their various discount options. The facility even provide a one-day, free-of-charge, large extended ceiling moving van to use within the first 30 days to assist with your move. I moved an entire 2-bedroom condo full of furniture in just two trips using the van which saved me so much money and time. I only had to refill the fuel tank with $5 of gasoline. I couldn't be more happy with my decision to use this company.

Danielle and Bethany are awesome customer service oriented people at the front desk. They’re extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

The building is very clean and modern as well. There is plenty of space to load your items and is conveniently located near a spacious elevator.

This is not some corporation that only cares about maximizing profits. They make sure that your experience is excellent every time you visit your storage unit.

It had been a year since I'd last loaded my household items into the storage locker and I was in town to inventory and liquidate. My experience with Arizona Self Storage at Tucson Foothills has been extremely positive. In spring 2023, I needed to find storage space for the contents of my two bedrooms and my home office since the remodel of those areas was starting in two days. Although Arizona Self Storage would not ope officially for two days, I was able to rent large unit and move my furniture and boxes into the unit before the construction crew arrived at my house. I especially like the fact that access both to the facility and my unit is via an app on my iPhone .The unit is well lit as are the corridors as well as clean. When the company that I worked for needed storage space I knew exactly who to call . Also, the management has been extremely helpful and communicates well via email or if necessary by phone. Therefore, I highly recommend Arizona Self Storage!

I am impressed with the AZ Self Storage facility on River Rd. It is easily accessible (technology - WOW!), clean, well lit, and fits within my budget. I moved items here from a Cube Smart facility that had quadrupled the price in a period of 3 yrs - a hot shed, not air tight (read: dusty). So far (almost 1 yr of use) I'm very impressed; my only hope is the price will also remain within reason when it comes time to renew.

This is a great storage facility! Access is easy & secure. Although I’ve not needed assistance from staff, they are very friendly when I see them. I appreciated the free use of their moving vehicle when we first opened up our storage unit. The location is extremely convenient to where we live and it is in a secure area.
