The storage at the building at Olive and the 101 was the best experience I have ever experienced at a rental site. They were so helpful and made sure we understood everything. The unloading of our items was great. We did not have to be out in the heat. You pull into a covered area and you can load and unload. Nothing is done in the sun where it is so hot. They have thought of everything. I would not rent anywhere else after seeing how easy this was to store your items!

Bunni is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable and helpful!! We were at another facility that was absolutely horrendous and after too much rat poop all over our stuff and constant rate increase, I finally decided to make a switch. I was worried about the whole no locks or keys thing but it is super convenient to be honest. We did have a little hiccup at first (battery died on our unit) but it was taken care of immediately. This facility is EXTREMELY CLEAN which I appreciate so much! Also, they are truly temperature controlled. The entire facility stays nice and cool even in those hot 100 degree months! I cannot recommend this location enough! Also they don’t raise your rates every few months like the other places!

I’m in Peoria, Arizona. The summer heat here is brutal and it is no longer a concern when I need to use my storage locker because it is indoors with air conditioning. The hours are great and has never been an issue. Parking has never been an issue. Customer service is very pleasant and helpful. The technology used is great as the app assists with everything. Definitely a suggested company for storage needs.

When I visit Arizona Self Storage, I was immediately impressed by the manager (Bunni) how professional, polite, knowledgeable she was to me. She answered all my questions, show me around and how easy it was to fill out the paperwork. The place is very secure and very clean. Electronic locks is the way to go. Very nice. I love the safety of this place. That you are indoors out the heat when loading and unloading . So nice to always have carts available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place!
