I contacted Cindy when I was out of town and planning to move to Tucson. She was very helpful answering all my questions. I picked the storage space I needed and when I showed up, it was exactly as Cindy had described. Cindy was very helpful as I was moving my car and some of my household. I highly recommend this place.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. If you want to be judged, harassed and bullies this is the storage facility for you. They actually told my fiance not to talk to anyone while on property because he scares people. This was said in the most unprofessional matter outside the office at my car window. Also... They close the gate access at 10 but will lock you in at 9:55 and then will charge you $100 to let you out. This is the worst facility I have ever been to and I cancelled my unit a few days after I got it because the old woman who manages the place is a very nasty and smug woman. This experience was such a nightmare that I am willing to lose the money I paid for the unit as long as I don't ever have to deal with the manager of this facility again. I will say that Maintenance was nice and the younger girl in the office was nice, but she is new and the tyrant is training her so I am sure it is only a matter of time. Stay far away from this place. There are a lot of places that actually appreciate paying customers.

Cindy is awesome, helpful, and professional. I switched storage areas about a year ago and Arizona Self Storage has been great. I have never had an issue here. The property is always clean and safe.

This site is always the most cleanest in all of Tucson. The temp of the drive up unit is always the right degrees to maintain in the harsh AZ weather! The staff is always kind and courteous, and greet you with a smile.

I've stored my RV's at this facility for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility has good security and the place is well kept. Access is easy and it's easy to get big rigs in there.

Moving in was super easy and the ladies in the office are so kind and helpful with any questions that may arise!... There isn't much traffic to be concerned about which is a huge plus!
