Hello park Forest and Area J cooperative. Here visiting from out of town and Just wanted to know out of all the beautiful landscaping and gardens, why was address/unit 237 JUNIPER ST have a “Beautification Winner” sign in her yard?🤔 just curious on who did she pay in the area J office to get that sign. The yard is hideous. Looks like a Chicago west side alley garden. I stayed with my family across the parking lot and all she did was complain on her neighbors and their children, who by the way are black. She also doesn’t secure her garbage so the nocturnal animals feast all night and trash everywhere in the morning, so ask yourself area J people is this fair? Take a drive, walk, ride to her unit and tell me is it right? Take a peek, Picture's have been posted.

Lived there 5 years. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Home is nice and neighbors are wonderful..My only complaint is how the area is changing. Of course that's not Area J's fault and they are one of the better parts of the community.
