Can’t reach anybody on both numbers , voicemail box is either full or no one has returned my call. Got bills to pay and they playing with my money and when confronted about it , lady shrug it off like it wasn’t a big issue and still ain’t got paid right . I’m over it !

Look...they gave me 3 doors to choose from in the back to unload in. I get back there...2 doors have trailers on them & a truck was in the open door & another guy was waiting in line for the truck to move. Ugh.... whatever. My turn finally comes & they're quick to unload me. Cool. I go around front & tell them I have a return load to pa. Apparently they gave my load to someone else. Now...I dunno if it's a clerical error or the other driver swiped my load or if it was something personal. Ya...I dunno whose fault it was but I just laughed. What else r u gonna do.

Docks on other side of bldg from checkin receiving clerk was awesome but didn't know which doors were available when sending me over to pull in. Today is my second time here 1500 on 10/26 in door and trailer locked in waiting for unload... so much better than first time..... awesome

They were extremely slow, I had another load that I had to get to and they took their time it took two and a half to three hours before they started unloading me, and then after all that they left six two before that was supposed to be pulled up in the back of the truck. You know what screw them one star. It would be zero Stars if I could

4 hours waiting in door still nothing. Rude people and unprofessional staff. Driver should not accept load for this destination.

3½ hours to unload. Took the guy where I got loaded 5 minutes to load me. Nobody in shipping/receiving, had to stand and wait over a half hour to even be acknowledged. Nobody really seems to know what's going on, once they figure out you're there it's go around over here and get into maybe this door or that door. Seems like management really needs to step things up.
