I very much appreciate Cole. From the moment I walked in as a newcomer to Pioneer, his friendly, helpful, respectful and trustworthy manner put me right at ease. He was always engaging, knowledgeable, and ready to answer my questions. Even before and/or after business hours, Cole promptly called me back. Cole is not only an excellent front desk person, but an all around good guy. Arcos is a safe, clean and easily accessible place. I definitely recommend Arco Storage! I have two storage units at Arco Storage in Pioneer. The Customer Service I have received during the time that I have been a customer has been awesome.

Most recently, I interacted with Cole, the manager in Pioneer. He called me to express concern regarding my vehicle in storage. He had a ready solution and offered to help me once he realized that I would be unable to attend to the situation in person.

He was knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. I ended the conversation with Cole knowing that my Car was in good care.

You can't put a price on having the peace of mind that your belongings are being stored in a safe, clean environment.

Plus, they even send you Happy Birthday emails to show that they care.

Very clean office & efficient service! Cole was super awesome at helping us walk through what we needed to do to get the ball rolling on our new unit. We chose the 3 month 1/2 off special! Thankful to have a storage unit location close to our property.

Super Awesome customer service. Clean facility and clean storage unit. No signs of bugs and no signs of mice or rats my biggest pet peeve. I see cats around which may contribute to this. The prices are really good too for a large unit. Moving from Placerville to Pioneer I needed the space to hold my household goods temporarily. In think after my move is over I’ll keep a unit after getting most all my stuff in my new home. Also the place has good wi fi that they let me use.
