To the owner who reply to my post. I never changed my pallet request it was always 84 pallet that is a lie. The reason I came to the office is Jack would never answer my calls or emails I had time schedule with IRS and the state of Florida.
My issue is it took 30 days to get a response from your company and it took 3 months for you to reply I can see where Jack get it from.
For the record after that waste of time I found a new location that acceptes all 84 pallets and I recieved my license. Thanks for your reply but next time get your facts straight I wish your company nothing but success in the future.

Reasee Distribution LLC came to APS Fulfillment for ware housing needs to complete the distribution license for the State of Florida. I met Jack face to face explain to him what I need from his company we signed a contract on 11/5/24 prior to that the contract was issued on 10/29/24. It took me six days to get a hold to Jack he told he went home to Canada. His company voice mail was full and his cell phone voicemail was full too. I sent Jack a few emails and I went to his office 3 times to get him to sign the business license for Dania Beach to store product at his location which is a requirement by the city and the state of Florida. Jack told me he need to send it to his legal team that was on 11/22/24 after no word from Jack. I went to his office today 11/27/24 Jack sent me saying he could not help me. Then why waste my time and have me sign a contract and wait almost 30 days to tell me that Jack is very unprofessional and does not know how to run a business his customer service is the worst. My company was going to store 84 pallets of liquor which is 60,480 bottles Jack just lost his company a lot of money way to go Jack Lombardi great job.

APS Fullfilment Inc is a nightmare company to work with. Just read all the negative feedbacks here, they all describe exactly my issues with the company. I wish I paid attention to those reviews when I signed up with them. Expect hidden , unexpected fees each time on each invoice and rude answers once you express your concerns.
Jack Lombardi, the director of business operations and my main contact, sounded really nice when they signed me up. However, later was extremely rude and unwilling to help. They sweet talk you once they want your business but completely ignore and disrespect once they have it. Just beware. When a company has mostly just 1 star and 5 star reviews, there is a big change that those 5 star ones are fake ones to improve the ratings. At least when I read the reviews, all 1 star reviews sound like exactly my experiences. It has been over a year since I moved from them to another fulfillment warehouse and I am so much more happier. So save yourself a huge headache and avoid APS Fulfillment Inc.

Been working together with APS for several years now, and so far it's been a very positive experience, and wonderful working partnership. The team genuinely cares about your business operating well and succeeding. It's very much a teamwork scenario with them, which is what I hoped for when initially engaging with them for their services.
