Out of the six PCS, two being international, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I waited until we got our stuff just to see if it was as bad as I thought it would be, well lo and behold.

It started with Scotty arriving an hour late and then complaining about the amount of stuff he had to pack. Did we send detailed videos to his company as instructed? Yes. He still took photos and said he would complain because it was "too much." Mind you, we staged the house and packed all the more fragile and precious items for them (thankfully.)

Scotty then proceeded to complain for the entire time, open my freezer to get ice for himself, and use my drinking glass, that was meant to be packed, for his soda. His co-packer warned us about his attitude, I still was unprepared.

They also brought two people who were hired THAT DAY from a random group of people that stand outside the warehouse looking for day hire. This wouldn't have been an issue, except there was a language barrier which made it near impossible to explain the PS5 should NOT be chucked in a box under 20 lbs of books. Why were they packing this way? Because they had ZERO EXPERIENCE packing entire houses for a move. They also misspelled my last name; on every box its spelled differently.

After absolutely slamming my belongings into CLEARLY REUSED BOXES (other families names and items still listed on them), Scotty realized he didn't have enough crates, despite using the cracked crate Quality Assurance said not to use. He then left, with my unsealed boxes, to get another crate, leaving two workers at my house for over an hour. One was tired, so he went to sleep in my daughter's room. The other sat at my unpacked kitchen table eating snacks I scrounged up because they weren't allowed to break for lunch.

After 7 hours to pack what every other mover has called "a tiny house" they still left items. We had to get another suitcase for everything they left behind. They left their trash, their drink containers, their tape and extra paper... and Scotty tried to corner us into giving him a good review.

Cut to us receiving our items in Germany, and the German movers are appalled. Every large piece of furniture is broken or damaged. No paper in the boxes. Glass packed with heavy bulky items. Every tote warped and cracked from heavier items being placed on top in the crate...

Do not use these movers, for military or personal reasons. They are unprofessional and careless with your items. Furniture can be claimed and compensated for, but I bought these things for a reason, and Apple Moving Company should not have been trusted with any of it.

We had a great experience with this company for our military move. Very professional and packed our things exceptionally well. They even took some bulk trash items from our garage to dispose of for us. Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience and would highly recommend them!

If you are choosing Apple Movers or the military has assigned them to you, I cannot emphasize this enough - GET A NEW COMPANY. I have over $3,000 worth of damaged claimable items. This does not include things that are irreplaceable, things with dings, dents, or little damage. Nearly every box, aside from my kitchen things, had absolutely nothing wrapped in paper. There was paper on the bottom and top and that was it. My printer, my sewing machine, my picture frames, my my husbands skulls from hunting... nothing was wrapped up in the boxes. Glass blown decor was put in a box under my kitchenaid mixers... it was a disaster. I gasped in disbelief with every single box I opened. The packers showed up on my pack out day, and it wasn't until they left that I realized how badly my move was about to go. My husbands name was spelled incorrectly on 50% of the boxes, which wouldn't be an issue except the incorrect spelling made it a whole new name. The packers also didn't want to deal with things that "the movers were responsible for" but they were all things that the packers were supposed to take care of. I ended up calling the quality care manager, Lori, who was so kind and did everything she was capable of doing to help me. However, she cannot force people to make things right, she can only request it. So she sent the contractor, Ira, out the next day to make sure things were in order. He was so annoyed about the situation that it made me feel like I couldn't even tell him my concerns. He threw some paper on the tops of some random boxes, made sure the name was right on the boxes, and called it a day. The next day when the movers came, I cannot tell you how many times I heard the phrase "the packers should have done that". I have been in contact with office people about my move and they have been kind and have followed up with my issues, but the bottom line is - my stuff is ruined, I KNEW this was going to be the case and reached out and it still wasn't fixed. I simply just cannot warn you enough to not use them. If you are unable to get a new company and can request certain packers/movers then absolutely request David, Jason, and Mike and request that Ira does not have any part of your move. I attached a few pictures to show what I mean about the no paper wrapping thing. All around this was one of the most horrible and violating experiences of my life. We have had 4 military moves, two of which we overseas, and have never had more than a drinking glass or two broken.

Refrigerator? Broken. Boxes of books? Nearly all damaged. Dressers? Legs broken off. Commemorative wine glasses or cups? Destroyed. Want to hear crass discussion among packing crew about wife-sharing and other things with your family in the house? Then these are the movers for you. Awful experience—if assigned for a military move, do not use…

Apple Moving served as my packers and movers for my departure location. Though I only had a couple breakable items, the packers were very careful and thorough; Laura took special care and was quick to label my more expensive pieces as high-value items (without me even mentioning it), which I really appreciated.

The movers were absolutely fantastic! Despite it being ~1400, Nancy and her crew (Mike, Robert, and Richard) came out and spent the next ~4 hours loading up my items. The inventory process felt quite thorough, and I was pleased with: 1) the care Mike and Robert took to transport my items outside; and 2) the caution Richard displayed while loading. My move was what's called a short-fuse move, and though everything seemed extremely hectic, Nancy from Apple Moving (who actually came out with the movers!) made me feel at-ease with the situation. Thank you to Nancy, Mike, Robert, and Richard for your professionalism and skill!

If you can request a moving crew, definitely ask for Mike, Robert, and Richard (and Nancy, if you can get her!)––I really can't emphasis enough, they are fantastic. My only regret is that they won't be on the receiving end as well... 🙁

I used Apple moving to pack up and move my four bedroom house they did a great job. They were quick. Showed up on time. Finished on time and we're very helpful. I would recommend this moving company to anyone.

Every box I open has broken items. My couch cushions are missing, almost every large piece of furniture I own is damaged. Large furniture cushions stained. Additionally, during packing the movers left their trash all over my house. I’m finding multiple empty tape rolls packed into my boxes. Items clearly thrown haphazardly into boxes and so many items damaged as a result. Entire box of crystal shattered. I have about 20 more photos of damaged items. Unreal.

I recently moved after retiring from the military and was assigned to Apple Moving. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and the excellent care they took of our things! As a family of 6, we have a ton of stuff. Everything went very smoothly and we so appreciated the team that took care of us. I am going to use them to move my mother to her new home this summer as well.
