Step1 Take A Picture Of Your Tractor License Plate Step2 Take A Picture Of Your Trailer License Plate Step3 Chock Your Wheels On Your Trailer And Take A Picture Of That. Do This Before You Check In.

When entering. Don't use the address on Devon. The entrance for trucks is on hwy 83.

When you come in, park across from the doors at the very end by the curb.

IF THIS IS A TEAM LOAD, BOTH DRIVERS HAVE TO SHOW LICENSE FOR PICK UP.

You need pictures of the truck and trailer number and another picture of the wheels.

One driver has to sit by the dock door while the truck is being loaded. They're not too slow, but they aren't in any type of hurry.

Most of the people loading done speak English but seem to be pretty nice.

Check-in is pretty easy if you'll just use your brain a little. Scan the QR code and fill everything out. You can't submit it until you're in a door. The lady will tell you a range of doors to pick. Then come back inside and get loaded.

In my 15 years of trucking, I 've never experienced such stupid and useless system. First you arrive at gate(good luck finding it), there you encounter your first taste of this company. After pick-up number, showing ID, you have to use their device to take a picture of..... your FUEL GAGE! Like they wanna make sure you have enough for departure, and not stay there forever. Then you get the treatment like you are a regular( they open the gate and, you are free to go. But where and how, nobody knows. So you ask the security and expect the rolling eyes and puffing. Once you find the shipping office, the fun begins. Using their computer or scan to check in code, enter all required information. Shoe size and underwear color missing, everything else applies. Here you'll have the surprise that you will need truck and trailer license plates. Not big deal if you own the equipment, otherwise you do a trip and back to the truck. Once checked in and door assigned, go to back in the truck and then.... surprise! You have to come back with pictures of truck and trailer license plates and a picture of the wheel chock in place. The cherry on the cake is when you are told to take a seat in their hallway because you are required to witness the loading process. There you have it. Good luck!

Was a good place at first, has been one hour since we signed in and they have not called us to window, what good is appointment if they will make you sit. The olace is now aways in chaos and long wait times. Very unorganized, and you have to do most of their job with pictures. The only plus is that there is a bathroom. One star for friendliness and one for restroom availability.

This place, no respect for Co-driver Sleep. It's the Law, not to disturb co-driver in the 10 hours rest. Sleeper Berth law is there for a reason. Department of Transportation needs to come see them..

Don’t respect drivers time.
Anywhere where the driver must wait inside will get one star. I dont care about their policies, they’re not going to sit next to us while driving 10000 hours.
Make the process easy and do your job properly and respectfully.
The loading process is slow and it sucks.

Check in process sucks. First you check in with guard. They will take pic of fuel gauge then if they don’t give you a dock then you pull forward and park on side by gate. Walk into office, both drivers must be present. Check in using their QR code displayed on window. Then go to window and check in again with clerk. They will give you dock number. Go back outside to back into dock but don’t forget to take pictures of chocked wheel, and license plates of tractor and trailer.Then one driver goes back inside with their heavy duty lock and waits to be called. You have to sit by your dock door inside warehouse and wait until they load your trailer.
I gave it a 3 star because they have clean restrooms for women and men drivers. This is the only Apex facility that makes you wait by the dock door. They have no idea how much sleep we may or may not need or the miles we have to drive before we can make our first stop. (250 miles)
