I’ve rented from several places in the Bloomington-Normal area during college and after graduating, and Apartment Mart has been the best experience by far. They truly care about their tenants, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. Their pricing is affordable, and the apartments I toured were well-maintained and clean. When I moved out, I received my full security deposit back, which I credit to taking good care of the apartment and leaving it in the same condition as when I moved in. The office staff was also easy to work with, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking to rent an apartment in town, I highly recommend them.

I rented from Apartment Mart for 5 years. 1 year at Parkway Court Apartments and 4 years at Wingover Luxury Apartments. My experience with Apartment Mart was great. Staff was always friendly, turnaround time for maintenance calls was very quick, and the quality of the apartments was great. If you are looking for a quality, affordable, apartment, then you should rent through Apartment Mart.

I can't say enough great things about Apartment Mart. I lived in their units for 5 years and had only great experience. Their maintenance is very fast and attentive and the office workers and nice and knowledge. After checking out of my unit the amount held from deposit was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area.

So I didn’t have any issues with Apartment Mart at all during my entire stay of 4+ years there with them. They did maintenance well when needed, they were great to me, even when talking to neighbors they liked the company too. I kept my apartment cleaned and organized all the time. No damages at all to the place. I take care of everything I own or rent. It wasn’t until moving out I had an issue with them. Around the time of me moving into the apartment, a representative told me there was a deal going on at the time where my security was cut in half, so I only owed them half (which was $400). I was taken back by that. Skip to the end of my lease. I owe them $538 for remaining rent still when I was out of the apartment 2 days prior to the end date provided to them—September 30th. They had told me if I was still there by the 30th I would owe twice the rent, $1,500, but now they’re charging me for absolutely nothing. It’s either give them what they want $538 or talk to their attorney. Conclusion to be made here, they’re a decent company coming in and during the lease, but just know, they will nickel and dime you no matter what when you leave them—even if you’re in the right and you don’t owe them nothing.

Please save your money!! Maintenance is not great and looks like they haven’t changed my furnace filter in years, had to go buy one myself at Menards.Check your furnace filter please if you rent through them. It could be affecting your health. They stated it should’ve been changed before winter/every 3 months, yet no one has ever came to change it.
There’s definitely more that I could touch on but they already have a terrible rating so you get the idea.
