This park is alot better than other places everything is well taken care of we stay to are self not looking for friends nothing comes up missing mananger. Takes good care of the place I've had no problems with anyone this place is good to us and sents my wife has brain cancer thay ben working with us vary caring people here been here over two years and dog friendly thanks

If I didn't have sewage in my space it would be nice. I would like to be able to set my trailer in its space and fix up the spc with plants. It wasn't mowed nor weed eated and It all should of been taken care of with them knowing I'm moving in. I'm paying and this problem shouldn't take 2 wks to get fixed. I have a nice spot and can't wait to fix it up and sit out side and relax..

This place has a history of fraud, embezzlement, racism and employing wanted felons. The EX- management still lives on the property and is very rude and ignorant. Stay as far away from this place as you can or you'll be sorry.
Not much has changed since I moved from here 10 years ago. Same old same old.

This park discriminates against gays and lesbians and their family and guests. They also discriminate against the tenants that they dont like.The on-site managers are not licensed nor does the owner of the park require them to be. The management has absolutely no professionalism at all and have been known to physically fight the tenants in drunken brawls, lie to the cops and have the tenants falsely arrested, to accept your rent money and claim they never got it and then have you evicted for non payment of rent. The management takes everything personal and will bully and harass you, TRY to intimidate you and your family and guests, have your vehicle towed out of your own drive way because "management did not approve it" Management has also been known to stalk tenants, make false allegations to authorities about tenants, file false allegations against tenants and sue them in court.

Since a large personnel change, and an obvious change in park management, I have seen a number of reasons to give this park another look. 180 degree change in attitude, up keep of the park and sure signs that it will be a top park in a short while. Hats off!!

Park like setting wild life you can go fishing right down by the river. The rent is resemble and you have locked mail boxes. It's just great place to live.

Several family members now live here and it's always a quiet visit! Can use upcleaning but over all nice place
