I have loaded at this facility before with good experiences, I have heard hard to believe bad things about this place lately, but I still took this load. Well the latest reviews are true. This place is an embarrassment to already low standards that have become acceptable in shipping facilities. I arrived on time to check in with the computer down at the check in gate, so it took hours for anyone to leave or check in. 12 hours after my appointment I am finally assigned a door. So now it’s already past my delivery appointment time and they haven’t even started loading me. So now I’m stuck on the load another day because no way to make the receiver before they stop today. Not like they are even that busy. People do the job you are paid to do!….. update, 4 hours after getting in the door my trailer is loaded. 16.5 hours after my appointment as of now………..update, I was so long getting loaded for my load that I had to hold on to it until Monday because I couldn’t get to the receiver before they closed up. So that means I had to keep my reefer running Friday thru Monday, and they think lay over pay is any compensation. Tied up my entire weekend.

I arrived on my schedule appointment time on 11/15. I sat for 7hrs before they gave me a dock number. I bumped the dock at 1900 and when woke up the next morning at 6am my truck was still loaded. Went to talk to the gaurd for an update and was told they might be able to get to me at 730am when shift change happens. Just be prepared to sit for atleast a day and half.

I had a good experience delivering to this company. Quick in and out. Live unload appointment 8 am. Checked in at 7: 30 am. Out empty at 9:40 am. Also, plenty space to back in.

Drivers don't get load from this shipper isn't worth the time will take 34 hours reset to get loaded We are only 3 trucks waiting to get loaded to get loaded and we've been here and we've been here for 10 hours now And they didn't even start loading anyone and only one portable toilet the gard does know anything or they don't want you too know they it will take forever to get loaded

Almost 4 hrs and counting to get unloaded after getting here in colonial heights va. This place has tight docking area and a small staging outside of the gates. Check in with guard on left side of gate at the guard station. Try to avoid at all cost, the rate is not worth the wait here!!!

Do not come hear rejected my whole load due to shifted load when I got restocked I waited another 24 hrs to unload
I drive for prime and now I know why no prime driver wants to haul load for this place

The lady at the guard shack (graveyard shift) was pleasant and helpful but that's the best thing i can say about this place..
Takes them about 7 hours to get loaded. Scaled out.. 2000lbs over on trailer.. in the 12th hole. So they get mad I didn't just run it illegal, so it takes another 10 hours for the rework... STILL OVERWEIGHT!!
You'd think the long wait is punishment enough but the real torture is sitting in their little cold office/cage and staring at their funny-looking mugs the whole time you're getting reworked ...

RC had 6am local time delivery arrived 05:45 in door 13 out 10am local not bad little slow porta potty available.
