DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. THINGS ARE ALWAYS MISSING AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I EXPERIENCED THIS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THEIR STAFF STOLE MY FAMILY’S CHRISTMAS GIFTS, ALONG WITH GIFTS I SHIPPED FOR CHARITY ORGANIZATIONS. I CALLED MY BANK, DISPUTED THE CHARGE, AND WAS ISSUED A REFUND. THEIR STAFF TOLD ME THAT AMERIJET DID NOT CONSULT WITH MY BANK IN A TIMELY MANNER, HENCE THE REASON FOR THE BANK ISSUING ME THE REFUND, THEREAFTER, AMERIJET WENT INTO FULL VICTIM MODE AND TOLD SOMEONE TO INFORMED ME THAT I CAN NO LONGER SHIP/ USE THEIR SERVICES, THEIR STAFF EVEN MENTIONED MY CREDIT CARD AND ID INFORMATION TO THE INDIVIDUAL THEY TOLD TO INFORM ME THAT I CAN NO LONGER USE THEIR SERVICES. THIS COMPANY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Well the guys in Los Angeles were great when shipping .
But when my barrel got to Belize items were missing .
So I contacted Miami and file a claim and never received a phone call or email .
After 14 days I received an email saying that my claim was denied .Which had already been denied 14 days ago , but did not have the decency to call me back or contact me.Customer service is bad
Some one had opened my barrel and stole my merchandise .
Someone somewhere is opening and stealing merchandise

Barrel was opened and search through. They couldn’t pack the stuff back inside the barrel so they tape the stuff to the barrel head. Barrel arrived to its destination ransacked with items damaged. Will not be shipping with them again

Never picked up the phone even though the recording said I was next in line and I would be on hold for 20 minutes. I wasted 45 minutes and they hung up on my 2 times.
