I booked AL-TX load with Chris M. AF#872440 , with a FCFS pick up and delivery, driver arrived at the receiver 10:20 am and was there until 7:20pm, driver was informed by the receiver that they only go by appt and that is scheduled for 4:30 pm and when we reached out too see what is going on, they were not responding on emails and not being helpful, kept blaming the receiver. When it came to paying detention they sent $150 and said can't pay anything more even though the driver was there for 9h, didn't do anything to try to get him worked in earlier and in result of that driver was stuck in the snow storm that hit in the south this week. They gave us false information, were being unresponsive, blaming the shift to everyone else but themselves, would avoid using this company!

Charge charge charge. If you don't give a two weeks notice they charge. But there's no law stating you have to give notice. And a company can charge you. Don't count on that escrow when you decide to leave. Sign on bonus good luck if you get all of it

I recently joined AmerFreight trucking company in Chicago, Illinois as company driver, and I had bad experiences with the company. Firstly, they told me that I will be paid .60 cents per mile, and then I was assigned to deliver a load from Wisconsin to Denver, Colorado. It was 1000 miles, and my paycheck was only $263 based on 1099 tax form. Not even W2 tax form. I was totally shocked and tried to resolve the issue with the main person in payroll department. I still haven’t receive the balance they supposed to owe me back. Next payment was only $374 based on 1099 tax form for two different loads that I delivered. Why there’s no transparency?
Their policy is brutal as I experienced. The driver has to pay for the scales every time you go to the truck stop for the scaling. They supposed to owe me back the $14 each for the scalings, but they never pay me back. Simply they stole some money from my paycheck. The first tractor or the truck they gave me was awful due to electrical issues, and engine shuts off by itself on the highway.
Home time is another problem. They supposed to send me home every two weeks, but it didn’t happen. Here I strongly recommend you that do not join AmeriFreight trucking company.

They also have plenty nice trucks.
The secret of making good money is how hard work you are.(You can't expect more if you are lazy,unless if it's Lotto)..🔥🔥
