Can be hit or miss, I delivered here before and took a while to get unloaded and bills. Picked up Sunday morning and got processed and started fairly quickly. I was at the facility a few hours. Office is by door 23, you’ll get texts prompts or calls.

No overnight parking. Check in at guard shack and get the assignment door with then. Keep you doors close and slide the tandems all way to the back. Walk to receiving to leave the paperwork. Your check out will be with guard shack. Pay attention at light, the unloading will be done at second green. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers.

Avoid this place! This place plays clock games.

Got here at 8am for a 8:30am appointment. Was told me appointment was for 10:30am. Not allowed on site until 10am. Was asked to leave. I showed back at 10:08am. Waited in line behind trucks, on the guard shack to finish my papers and assign me a door. Drove to the door and docked. Have to walk the paperwork to the man door by dock door 23. Have to wait in line there to check in. This all has to happen within 30 minutes or you are marked as “late” and will be a “work in” or turned away.

3/4 of the lot is empty. There is no reason to only be allowed on site with a 30 minute window if you’re gonna be a stickler about appointment times down to the very second. Guy in front of me was turned away for being 7 minutes late to the check in window by dock 23.

At least Walmart gives you 60 minutes when playing this game and their DC’s are typically pretty full.

These people are being difficult for no valid reason.

If you are getting loaded, you will not be allowed on the property until your trailer is at 15 or colder.

By appointment only,can come 1 hour before.Loading takes around 2 hours,back up with closed doors,but be careful this guys heat my doors couple of times,so the only way to catch that have to choose to b present at the dock while loading.Loaded couple of times here and this guys hit my both doors on multiple occasions,only find this out when at the delivery opening the door

Every one was professional and nice from check in to receiving ,and shipping office.

Then go give your papers work to office..
They will call u when you loaded or unload and give you yr paperwork

Nothing bad to say here. Very important..pre cool your reefer if it's your picking up a frozen load. They will NOT allow you to sit on they parking lot while your reefer drop to 15. We checked in at 556pm for a 7pm appt. Got a door immediately and was loaded and rolling within 2 hours. The ladies in the check in office were very friendly. They do have a restroom.

I come here A LOT for outbound loads. We drop and hook here and 99% of the time the loads are ready, paperwork is accurate and in order, load scales perfectly, and staff is always pleasant.

I had one issue in the last two years where they didn't have empties when the load was supposed to be worked. This was not their problem as our company did not get an empty to them until 5 hours after, resulting in a work-in status. Sadly for me, the load ended up finishing 11 hours behind schedule and I sat hooked to the empty trailer in the dock for 5 hours myself. I feel like 11 hours is a bit excessive, but a work in is a work in and I still made it to my delivery on time.

Overall I look forward to coming here for loads because I am almost guaranteed to be in and out, with time to scarf down a meal before my dirty 30 clicks off.
