I see that many people are reporting the same thing that happened to me yesterday. For some reason this company continues to be associated with credit card fraud. They are aware of what is happening, but are not doing anything about it. It is also sad to read that the local authorities are aware and don't do anything about it.

I wish I can give a 0 start but I can't the mmgvo driver told me at 7 pm that will delivery my box and 1 hour later say that they give him the wrong information now that driver have my box with personal product STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY. During the shipment something came up that I had to formulate a question, within seconds the owner reached out to me and not only did he solve the problem but he did so with extreme professionalism and literally within minutes.

After the amazing customer service received, something you don't find these days just like that, we crossed from the business to the personal side and are now acquaintances.

The best logistics companies to send cargo by ship or air to Venezuela. Very reasonable prices. Shipping by ship once a week. They work on Saturdays in the morning. They provide boxes to frequent customers and I have never had problems with the goods sent to Maracaibo. I personally recommend it.

Americargo is knowingly participating in CREDIT CARD FRAUD. We had an order that was to be delivered to their address come up as fraud. We then called Americargo to let them know about it. They agreed to intercept the package and have UPS return it to us.

Then, they shipped it off to the fraudulent buyer anyway, and would not answer emails or phone calls.

Search around, and you'll see this happens often. Even if you call them BEFORE the package arrives, they cast a BLIND EYE to the obvious fraud they are enabling.

This has to be worst company ever. I sent a couple of boxes overseas and they guarantee to deliver directly to the residential. Now my family has to figure out how to get to their warehouse. If you charged me for a service you are offering, I expect it to be completed. I don't care for any excuses, if you can't fulfill the job just don't continue in business.

Shipping Discounts, excellent people, stable business, I like Americargo because it is quick, and items are delivered on or before the estimated delivery date. Plus, the tracking page is very detailed, easy to understand, and updated almost instantly when there is a change. I plan to use them whenever possible in the future

I had a retailer account hacked and several items purchased and shipped to this location. When attempting to communicate with someone there I was put on eternal hold several times being told "no speaka engles". A great avenue for fraudulent transactions
