Absolutely LOVE my ACE. Items can be slightly more expensive here, but they have what you need and can order items as well. No better place for loose hardware needs like special screws or nuts and the bbq section is SUPER SOLID!! Join the rewards program and get free $$ coupons and great savings on seasonal items. Staff is ALWAYS EZ TO FIND AND SUPER HELPFUL. "I don't cover that department" IS NOT IN THEIR VOCABULARY at this store, and that's just GOOD OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Massive inventory of their products! Milwaukee selection is second to none on hand at the store and very competitive pricing. Staff is always available and knowledgeable about the stores products. If they can’t immediately answer they find the answer for you. Solid, dedicated great employees! Thank you Ace!!

They have a 3rd party that sharpens (or doesn’t sharpen) chain saw blades. I have had mine 2x and the outcome is garbage. Your better off buying new blades.

I have shopped here regularly over the last 11 years. There is rarely a moment that goes by without an employee passing by to offer help when shopping. They are extremely helpful, and I can only think of once they didn't have what I came for. And they sell PIES! Really good pies!

Ace Hardware has always been my place and American River is one of the best. You can always count on the employees giving you a hand explaining or finding exactly what you need. Many times I have went there and described my problem and after a bit a thought they would give me a solution. It is also a wonderful place to find that odd ball screw, nut, bolt, or other item you need to complete your project. Their prices are not always the lowest but they are competitive especially if you hit a sale. They also provide a senior discount which is always a nice perk.
