Super easy to setup account and reserve unit online. Staff quickly followed up to ensure a smooth move-in process making sure the unit was clean I knew where it was and had the appropriate codes for access. Spaces are secure, well-lit, and maintained. Overall positive experience with the staff, unit, and website!

Staff here is always friendly and helpful. We have used a few different storage companies through multiple moves and American Mini Storage has been the best. Their location is convenient whether you live in Wasilla or Palmer, with easy access right off the Parks Hwy. It feels safe, secure, and we like that we can access our items 24/7.

Love the customer service of this facility! ALWAYS helpful, if I ever need anything no matter time or day, they are available to help! I’ve even had them reach out to me when they noticed one of my locks were in need of attention- I was sooooo appreciative!!!! I have been a customer at the storage facility for years. We get massive amounts of snow every season . I would like to see the snow removal be a little better. I had a few times I couldn’t access my storage unit . I feel the owners are doing a good job ,all that being said.
