Contrate esta empresa para una mudanza y tardaron más en cuatro meses para entregarme la carga, cuando por fin llego, llegaron cajas semi abierta, algunos artículos pequeños no aparecieron, mis muebles estaban llenos de humedad por todos lados, en definitiva tuve que botar muchas cosas que envié para no perderlas pero al final las perdí por el mal manejo de esta empresa con ello también perdí dinero ya que pague por un servicio pésimo.

al comunicarme con ellos le envié fotos de mis muebles dañados y me salieron con groserías y evasivas.

Me tomo el tiempo de escribir este review, e informar la mala experiencia que tuve con esta agencia de carga.
1. tiempo en entrega mas de 2 meses.
2. el mal estado en que entregaron mis cajas,rotas,abiertas y los articulos deteriorados,aplastados.
3 .me hicieron falta articulos, las cajas llegaron saqueadas
4.el servicio al cliente es pesimo,nunca responden,nadie da razon de nada
5. no responden por el seguro.

Mis papas han usado esta compania dos veces enviando su mudanza a colombia y su experiencia fue muy positiva. Desde el servicio al cliente que recibieron hasta la entrega oportuna y sin complicaciones, todo salio muy bien. En mi opinion, no solo fueron tratados justamente y los precios del servicio fueron muy razonables comparados con otras companias, pero tambien hicieron acomodaciones especiales a las necesidades de mis papas en tiempo, etc. Volveriamos a usar el servicio de American Logistic. Ojala otras personas que han tenido una buena experiencia den su review para apoyar esta compania.

My parents have used this service twice moving back to Colombia and they had no issues at all. They were always given prompt answer to any question they had, were treated fairly and the company did any accommodation necessary to help them in he process. Everything was delivered on time and with no complications. I wish more people who successfully used their service leave a review to support this company. I recommend their service.
