This place serves the best wood-fired pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly charred with that amazing smoky flavor you can only get from a wood-fired oven—crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were incredibly fresh and well-balanced. You can tell a lot of care goes into crafting each pizza. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. If you’re a fan of authentic wood-fired pizza, you need to try this spot.

What a cool place! The host was super fun and welcoming! He suggested the baguette and beer-cheese sauce for an appetizer and it was amazing!! The vibe is warm, welcoming, and elevated-cabin-esque! Huge, clean and semi-elegant bathrooms (signs on bathrooms are a little confusing, so slow down and read... or go in the wrong bathroom like my husband did! HA!). Large restaurant with lots of seating options (at lunch time - we arrived when they opened!) and lots of good beer options, too! I tried the Trapp beer flight special and it was a fun experience to taste them and read about the flavor profiles. The salad was so good, I forgot to take a photo, but just trust me and GET THE SALAD. The pizza (made in wood-fired ovens in the middle of the restaurant, open-air style so patrons can watch!) was incredible! The undercarriage crunchy, crust thin, toppings evenly proportioned with cheese and sauce. Definitely worth the visit... and worth the drive, even! We will be back! YUM!!

The pizzas there were really good. I’m not a pizza lover, but I liked their sausage pizza. The evolution salad was delicious. Soup of the day was good. Refills for juice for the kids. The meatballs special was great and the sauce was a good pizza crust dipping. Highly recommend for people to try it.

As a fan of American Flatbread's Portsmouth location, I was excited to try their Stowe spot. The local pepperoni pie was delicious with the same quality and flavor I've come to expect. Pickup was efficient with my order ready exactly on time. Consistently excellent no matter which location you visit—definitely worth a stop while in Stowe!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We stopped in at American flatbread after a long day of hiking and it was perfect! We were lucky and got seated by the pizza oven which was so cozy and fun to watch. We were here for a couple of hours and the staff never once took a break but always had a smile on their faces, I couldn’t believe it!

Food was amazing - we got a salad and a large flatbread. It was so good that we ended up ordering a second small one! Thank you for having vegan cheese!!! Cocktails were also very good - we had the Hay Rye (two rounds because it was so good!) and also a maple old fashioned. Thanks to Elliot for the excellent service as well!!!

Lovely atmosphere, great spot to have pizza and drinks. The service was good & our waiter was pleasant. They have a beautiful patio to sit out and enjoy with umbrellas. There’s also plenty to do around the area. I’ll definitely be checking this place out again.

The cheese and herb flatbread may be the best cheese "pizza" I've ever had, no joke. The new Vermont sausage and pepperoni and peppers were also good. The dough is thin, crispy, and has that great wood fired taste. As Portnoy would say, "it has a great undercarriage." Perfection!

Service was excellent all the way through. Good beer and cocktail selection. It wasn't too busy but I would recommend making reservations just to be safe. Two ChargePoint EV stations on site. Plenty of parking (a bit muddy).

This was really good - Server was on point (good chat on skiing) and menu options were great.

I am always a big pizza is a more cost effective solution, but forget that the middle gets a little floppy. I would get the smalls next time just for the dough and char. Really well done pizza and the pre-selected toppings were great

The smaller $10 salad was huge, cannot imagine how big that family one was
