I had a frustrating experience here. I arrived at 1 pm and was told my load would be ready around 4 pm. After checking in on the tablet and confirming with the staff at the window, they told me to wait, saying they’d call me when it was ready. Unfortunately, I never got a call, and I ended up being the last truck loaded.

To make matters worse, there was no designated parking area for waiting, so everyone was parked in the middle of the road, creating a chaotic and unsafe environment as trucks tried to maneuver around each other. Overall, this was a disappointing and stressful experience—I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Dont come here specially for canada load

3 overnights .. everyday they say your load is on the way its not in warehouse yet.. booked by lowblaws

Also they dont want you guys to stay here but luckily the end of the building a flower company have couple docks empty we parked overnight with no disturbance

My trucking experience = Average
Check in was hectic check in on tablet.
Workers at window could do better with service.
Good enough room to back to dock door can be tough with other trucks blocking the way.
Loading took a bit longer than expected.
All in All my experience was ok

Nightmare company 24h loading time and still counting you will check in on iPad telling you they will call you forget that will happen when finally give you a door you will be called to supervise loading standing for more then hour in the freezer than get out close the door and go to office now
I’m wating for the paper work more than hour this place is terrible and very busy no parking and no staging area.

Told to arrive between 1300-1500, check in at 1255, phone call at 1400 to tell me my load wouldn’t be ready until 1530 (after the time yeah I know). Here It is 1830 just leaving. Won’t ever understand It.

From highway to get inside after the bridge is very tight for semi truck and trailer people r fast and nice

Worst place to load at and it’s hard for me to review but got here at F 7:30 AM currently 5 PM still here like a dam nerd waiting no food no bathrooms nothing zero dam stars WORSt PLACE
