I took two pairs of my work, slacks to be hemmed and on one of them the waist to be re-sewn down Because the elastic had come up. The gentleman said the red pair would be more because of the type of stitching they had. He offered me 10% off if I paid in advance so I paid $45 without having them cleaned, which is a little steep in my opinion. My husband picked them up for me and hung them in the closet and unfortunately I had the flu so I did not look at them until yesterday. They look horrible! Both of the hymns are puckered and they are crooked. I tried to call, but their voicemail is full. I will never pay in advance for services like this again. He did not even have me try the pants on for the hymn line. I’ll try to go by there to talk to them to see what can be resolved, but they will not be Fixing them I can tell you that. Very disappointing because now I’m going to have to take them elsewhere and spend more money which I believe they need to be paying for.

Great quality and people! I had to get pictures done for a music program I'm in last minute, I needed a shirt altered quickly. They really helped me out, were so kind, and coming from a broke college student reasonably priced. The shirt fit perfectly after they were done with it. Will be coming here again!

Fantastic operation run at American Cleaners. My wedding dress took a beating on wedding day. I did not anticipate picking up a white dress today, STAIN-FREE at the hem and train. They got the job done! Quality work, professional and friendly family-run business. I have always been a satisfied customer at American Cleaners.

We were in town for a show/concert and brought in costumes. They accommodated same-day turnaround, finished earlier than estimated, delivered them to the theatre, got some of the costumes cleaner than we’ve seen them since they were new AND were insanely reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend

I have offices in Washington DC and Manhattan and they obviously have plenty of cleaners there but I still bring my important suits home so I can take them here. I trust them and it's worth it. It's a family business and you'll feel like you're a part of it the first time you walk in.
