I won't travel with American Airlines again. Waited over an hour for our bags and one was returned severely damaged. The wheel did not work and the whole bottom portion had been broken/damaged. AA stated, "we donโ€™t cover minor scratches, stains, dents, cuts or dirt from normal wear and tear, missing zipper tabs, and damage caused by overpacking, which can be expected with checked items."

Thanks for nothing. They cause great inconvenience by forcing us to carry the bag rather than wheel it while on the verge of completely breaking. Awful service.

I am not sure if this review is supposed to go in here, it's unclear if I am speaking about American Airlines the flight experience here or not. But will put here unless a representative says it should go somewhere else. I just literally traveled around the world and this was the worse Airline and flight I had out of all my flights. I don't want to bash everything, so I will just say and I think I speak for everyone in coach on this particular flight, we were really forgotten about and it was so dirty back there and all the staff seemed more annoyed by everyone than enjoyed us flying with them.

This is your mistake and you mishandled my bag and I just got it (Today) (after a whole Month) paying for everything to bring it from America to Saudi Arabia and I receive it like this? This was a new bag I bought it and this was my first use I even do not know what is inside and how are my things doing.
Your plane from inside was tight and dirty my chair spaces were filled with food crumbs.
I was in Class 1 and you did not even served me 1 meal only a cup of juice and nuts.
I arrive to my midpoint waiting for my luggages and I only receive 1 bag! The second one no it will not arrive now you go to your country Saudi Arabia and weโ€™ll send you your bag to your doorstep just provide us with your address (JFK Baggage Claim Services Employee Talking).
I arrive to my country calling the number they gave me (at the airport) someone answered saying what? We do not deliver bags to Saudi Arabia only inside USA.
I sent many E-Mails to the American Airlines no one answered my E-Mails.
I hardly found a contact number for them and I called them the employee was very very very rude with me because I donโ€™t have the right to be angry because they lost my bag.
He advised me to submit a claim. Me and 2 of my family members tried to submit the claim heโ€™s talking about and the submission was not accepted by them (error) too many stupid, weird and unnecessary questions (it was harder than the hardest Mathematics Exam).
And now? I asked someone a favour to bring me my bag from America to Saudi Arabia on my personal account.
American Airlines did not compensate me with a penny ูˆุงู„ู„ู‡ูโ€ฆโ€ฆ.

The 3 stars are for the lady in the warehouse, very fast loading and professional. The front desk personnel needs immediate attention, they are on everything but on what they really need to be. Very rude, less professional, very lazy, they just donโ€™t care (their own words).1:15 dealing with desk personnel, loaded in 30 min, Good luck yโ€™all

The flight assistants have been great, and they deserve a 5 star review. One in particular was very energetic and happy to contribute to a great flight experience.
Overall, it wasnโ€™t the best business class from New York to Milan. The first class was not available on this flight. The food was not incredibly enjoyable. The airplane was a bit dated for style and furnishing, however the sit was still comfortable and the feeling was good, it felt very safe. Great things were the bigger than usual size of the washroom and the super comfortable Casper pillow. About entertainment, the choice of movies and shows was large but not truly amazing. Lastly, the lounge at JFK airport was very far away from the terminal.

Pretty bad place as far as getting the load out of your dealing with brokers on this load whatever they are offering do yourself a huge favor and ask for 50% more minimum your going to need it for long detention time idling your truck and reefer if required and possibly laid over for a next day drive start. If you read this do yourself a huge favor and consider yourself officially heavily warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service yet. Old family member stuck in JFK traveling internationally for over 12 hours and lady in customer service said she has no idea where the traveller is and didnโ€™t even bother to take the name, somehow she knew who the traveller was magically. And then said i donโ€™t have time to deal with you and hung up. Lazy people who didnโ€™t want to do their job or care about people. Really worried for my family member because she is old and does not speak english.
