Any plans to expand the delivery circle? My bro picks up packages in Hampton to deliver to Gloucester. We could easily deliver there amongst many other places without traveling over the HRBT. As an Amazon Flex driver, it would be great to have more opportunities to work more than one shift a day!

They will not deliver my packages. It's late Don't understand or they lose my packages. They need better workers

Driver here.

This is a great opportunity for folks in the Northern Neck to earn some money. It's flexible and the pay is fair if you are efficient.

My only issue is staff using a bullhorn to shout at us independent contractors that we need to essentially pick up the pace while organizing our packages and loading our vehicle.

We do not yell at staff to hurry things up. It is not helpful to us, it is distracting, and it is demoralizing.

Instead, perhaps walk up to someone that may be experiencing difficulties, taking longer than expected, and speak with them individually. Lend a hand organizing packages.

Over all, staff has been helpful and friendly. But bullhorn has to go. I reached out to Amazon in November prior to posting this.

To all drivers - be safe out there and thank you for what you do.

Edit - have seen but not heard the bullhorn. Staff has been awesome. 🙂

Watched a driver toss a small package on the neighbors driveway, instead of walking 20 feet further to the porch, snap a pic and drive away. There was no excuse for such laziness!

Didn’t have since enough not to leave packages in the rain.
Left at side door step in the rain when they could have put it on the front porch!!
