I worked at SLC 1 for 4 years, I let my upt go negative bc I was told I could deal with it after going on leave to bury my grandmaโ€ฆ. When I got back they fired me and said I didnโ€™t rate bereavement leave bc of my shift pattern.

Revolving door of people. Big red flag.

Management if you're reading this. Need better in-depth training. I was at stowing. Had to depend on a "training game" to learn my job duties. Bad idea.
What's the yellow totes for? Where do I put the damaged items? Do I need to take everything out of the boxes? "Training game" did not help with that.
Need the trainers to teach new employees how the stowing area is laid out.
If you're there to train the new employees please be around more. I had questions and looked all around. No one to help. Just saw the rest of the new employees.

Please be more lenient with the production goals.

I hate this job they're all about numbers
No one in their right mind can't be doing the same thing at a really good rate for 3 hrs non stop, we're human beings no machines, humans do get tired machines don't
Weather you're in pick, pack, singles, sort or stow they're constantly behind your back being pushy about the numbers for each position and if you go below their minimum your AM goes and talks to you to ask why did your productivity went down
From the training class I was in about 24 people there's only now 4 of us left after 4 months ๐Ÿ˜ฌ working there
It isn't worth it the job is extremely physical
I honestly dread of going every single day to work there
