Live load often takes 10-15 hours to wait. The management is chaotic. The unloading time of each dock is different. Every time I ask the staff, the answer is sorry and tell you that you need to wait. The average price of a live load is 400-500 US dollars. It takes more than ten hours to wait. This is unfair to the car owners and drivers working for Amazon! People who have the same experience can complain or defend their rights together!

The ONT8
has incredibly disorganized management. Truck drivers don’t need to follow their scheduled appointment times and can check in far in advance, causing long lines on the main road early in the morning. It makes us question the purpose of having appointment times at all. For example, I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and arrived at 6:30 a.m. to wait in line, but now it’s 4 p.m., and I’m still not unloaded. Meanwhile, many drivers who came after me have already finished and left. To make matters worse, I’m about to get caught in evening rush-hour traffic, which is incredibly frustrating. I’d like to offer a small suggestion to improve efficiency for everyone: better management of appointment schedules and more consistent unloading processes would make a huge difference.

The worse management As an employee at Amazon, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the management team. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive.

One of the biggest issues is the lack of communication. Managers often seem disconnected from the day-to-day challenges we face on the floor. Important updates and changes are rarely communicated effectively, leaving us in the dark and scrambling to adapt.

Additionally, there’s a noticeable lack of support for employees. When issues arise, it often feels like management is more focused on metrics than on the well-being of the team. This creates a stressful environment where employees feel undervalued and overworked.

The culture of fear is also concerning. There seems to be an emphasis on hitting targets at all costs, leading to a high-pressure atmosphere. Instead of fostering teamwork and collaboration, it often feels like everyone is out for themselves, which is disheartening.t to deal with- you think

Flex associated obtain their upcoming week schedule every Friday at 6 pm, the last two Fridays the time has been delayed with no previous notice. Shifts were harder to obtain and when HR was notified and seek out for help all they said is they aren't in charge of that. HR can do better in helping associates when the system fails them in obtaining shifts.

Very rude and poorly managed. Make sure you have enough food and water in your truck because there is a chance you might be here for over 11 hours of wait. Even if you have an amazon trailer to drop. They will kick you out, and you can handle your business with roc or your dispatch on the street. Which is no street parking all around the facility. It literally took me over 12 hours to drop my amazon trailer

I’ve been going to this facility for off and on for about a year and each time I go there, there procedure has changed. Where you pick up and where you drop off is rarely the same, so I never know where to check in, or where I am going to get my load or drop it off. I never look forward to seeing this facility on the schedule.

When you check in at Amazon, on the maim street park behind the line of trucks and weight in line. The line that starts on the street is the live load line which is the right lane. Live load means you have an appt. Left lane is all other trucks, UPS, FEDEX, WASTE MANAGEMENT, ECT. Please have your delivery # ready it will end in 3642. Have Tractor and trailer license plate #'s. Have tractor and trailer #'s ready. Also have seal # ready. If you have all these things ready when they walk up to your door things will go very smoothly and efficiently. Thankyou.
