A little hard to find but it's there on the west side of the building, and yes you can park in the parking lot there.

Also Google maps may tell you the wrong address. The locker is actually at 13426 N Litchfield Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379

It's an Amazon warehouse called DTU7. The locker is by the entrance.

The address is weird, but it is at the delivery station on the north side, I recommend going in from the Uptown Alley/AMC parking lot, continue south from this parking lot and you will be able to make your way to the delivery station entrance. The lockers themselves will be towards the east side of the building. Service might be a little bit spotty so patience might be necessary.
