This location is never open. I’ve been here 4 times during normal business hours in December and they’ve been closed. It’s becoming very inconvenient.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with Amazon. I search for clothes I want, usually all cotton and do not see links to all cotton clothes, or clothes in my size. This was a cable that did not fit my iPad. I got a return authorization which I printed out and returned it promptly to this return center near me. The person behind the counter was the only one available. They lacked the competence of others who have helped me there. We finally got their scanner to read my scanned QR code, and I thought I was done.

But it turns out that, according to Amazon, I didn't return it.

Now I don't particularly care about $13.18. We've had Prime for many years now, and each year we get less for our money. Bad searches of their goods. Inability to find items I ordered years ago that had worn out. Prime going from TV series I eagerly watch to TV series I don't particularly enjoy with commercials.

Amazon got our business living in the mountains near Yosemite where it was an hour drive each way to get things. But there's a Costco 15 minutes away, and big Target and Walmart stores and tons of department stores. If we drive to Macy's, we never have to return something because it's all polyester even though Amazon's description promises us cotton. And when we return an item, they can look us up from our account info, which at least one Amazon employee didn't know how to do.

I can no longer endorse Amazon.

I am frustrated with the scanner for return that don't work. I asked the Latino girl with a ring on her nose to explain, she seemed so impolite and mean. She doesn't explain Shiet. Amazon can just hire anyone these day? At least give the customer some basic courtesy please. F the camarilo return Locker

Parking is becoming a joke workers are starting to park in the customer parking area where it is marked clearly Amazon instructed your employees where they should park

Update 9/27/22:. Today took a bit longer than usual. Wish the other staff inside would offer to help the poor girl who was scanning all the returns! There were 3 people inline, including me.

Love this hub! Everyone is helpful and friendly! Return is a breeze! Sometimes the scanner for the locker doesn't work.

This is so much handier than having to go to UPS and hoping for the best. It would be so nice if there was a drive up window for small packages. (I am disabled and it's difficult to transport the items inside.) The people manning the hub are always friendly and helpful. I hope the company treats them respectfully.

Everyone was so kind and this young gentleman seemed like he was going home or on his way to his break and still helped me out and carried a really heavy cooler into the hub locker! I wish I would of gotten his name! Everyone is extremely friendly, and everything is so high tech! Super easy returns!
