“Disappointing and Unsupportive Environment”

I’ve been with this company for over 3 years and have worked at two other facilities where I truly enjoyed my time. However, transferring to this building has been a terrible experience. During one of the most difficult times in my life—losing multiple family members—this location showed no compassion. While I was struggling to hold myself together and explained my situation, I was written up for the time I needed to grieve.

Though there are some HR staff and one PA who were supportive (one even helped me secure VTO when I was breaking down), the overall lack of care and support was shocking. This building does not reflect the values I previously associated with the company.

As a hardworking and dedicated employee, I expected better. I would strongly advise others to be cautious about transferring here. Relocating to another building may be a much better option. Overall, I give this building a 0 star review!

Fun experience to work here. I drove far from here and mostly everyday they would VTO. I got comfortable accepting it and in reality it wasn’t paying the bills. If you’re looking for an easy job come here but I needed a more serious job. Plus it’s mostly all seasonal employees making it hard to be a full time one.

I ordered a Christmas tree and was sent a pen set. Now they admitted it was their fault but expect me to foot the bill for return postage. I highly doubt that and this company is a big rip off

Worst Facility so far. Buena Park has improved ? way above this place...Now I understand all the hate comments I would hear when I was dropping at other locations. That they preferred not to go to this place if they didn't have too... Wow, 1 pickup for me and I didn't even get some Vaseline...No reason for me to return to this nonsense Amazon can keep those unsupervised power trip support team members or what ever you would call a Joaquin... But I don't think it's support ?.
