12/21/2024 at 11A.M. A grey Amazon van delivered a package to the neighbor across from me, made a u-turn, and parked in front of my back fence. She got out of the Amazon vehicle, walked directly to where I was watering my plants at my wall, stood with her phone said "oh huh" and went back to vehicle and speed off. Never seen this odd behavior with any other amazon van driver. Hope she took a picture of the right home for the delivery. I don't shop on Amazon.

Ordered black krylon paint in a can got it yesterday it wasn't sealed properly, packed to the side it leaked all over the box most of it is missing, I'm a disabled veteran and don't have money to throw away been trying to call no answer. Then finally a representative, couldn't understand a word he was saying! Got disconnected. Contacted Veteran organizations, asking Fellow Veterans to Boycott! Got a big response SCUMBAGS!

This facility is incredibly loud. Ear plugs are available, but not if you have a latex allergy. Speaking of latex, latex balloons are a favorite decoration. If you have a latex allergy, you will be affected as soon as you walk past security. Security is not the most sympathetic. Beware that they will break your stuff during a search without remorse or ownership. Employees have access to lockers, but vendors do not. The large break rooms are well stocked with snacks. The kiosks take Google and Apply Pay. Good trucks come during lunch breaks. Expect to walk several miles. Safety shoes are required.

Just received another delivery from Amazon, just as I expected the driver uses my driveway to turn around leaving long black tire marks which causes me to constantly clean it! UPS and FEDEX never do this!!! When will this stop

Too long process for unloading
I suggest to do not get or deliver the load to this facility

People out on the yard are very rude, no respect for truck drivers. Amazon needs to go back to in person checkers not these digital voice call booth with people that don’t even work at that location. Plus they can’t even speak English properly.You guys literally have a guy in the checker booth who doesn’t even do anything. Doesn’t make any sense.

Hey Amazon I placed an order for a bed and bed frame to be delivered and installed into my home but the items are coming on different days. I don't want them to be sitting outside but I can't change anything in your app to adjust the order nor can I get ahold of anyone or send a message to correct this issue. I'm a long-time customer I've spent lots of money at your company I expect to at least talk to a person if I have an issue with an order. I know you don't want to hear people complaining on the phone or in emails, no one does. But I'm super disappointed. Do better!
