- TRUCK DRIVERS - tractor parking located by guard shack entrance. Bathrooms located at S21 & S13. Their yard jockeys park at S13 so be prepared to move to guard shack or all the way in the back by the 300’s. Don’t park in the double parking that’s for trailers. Can only park 2 hours unless live load.
Inbound located at S18. Outbound located S9 along with Non -Inventory.
Any questions ask a yard driver nicely or they’ll ban you.

WORST facility ever! They have been playing games delivering our couch for 5 days now. The driver came all the way to our house, to stare at us out his window as we waited for him to get out and give us our couch, then drive away and claim he was unable to deliver. This experience has been so bad I cancelled my family’s entire Amazon account. Not just Prime, but entire Amazon. I’ve never been more at peace knowing I will never give them a dime after spending thousands a year on Amazon purchases. Hire incompetent employees, lose major big spending consumers. That’s how the cookie crumbles. We just bought the couch directly from the company for even less expensive! So happy! Ta ta!

We just stuck here. No one answering or opening the gate. worst amazon location to make a delivery or pickup. both check in and check out are stopped.

Kind of a newly opened warehouse.. different procedures during checking in cause u got to open a doors on a trailer and slide a tandoms.. but turning off your engine by the guard house its a standard by Amazon.. and new guys on a gate make you checking takes a long time

Way too sensitive when it comes to safety.Extreme yelling at me for not wearing their stinky vest!!!I have my own.I showed at 4:30 for my 6pm appointment told go park on the street come back at 6.I have six pallets been here two hours.Modern day slavery here these people make pennies and it shows!Amazon sucks!!
