These workers and delivery services are amazing! I suffer from chronic acute back pain so I used this service and it was the best experience! Everything was packed fresh, clean and efficient as my eggs, oil, meats and fresh produce were carefully packed and delivered to my door within hours of my order. I even was able to use my EBT card for the purchase. I am so grateful!

Drivers,u can’t check in earlier. People in charge of entrance gate don’t want u early. Be patient ,dealing with this people over the intercom. They are overseas,and sometimes is hard to understand their English Language.

I would give the management and employees at this facility 10 stars today. There was a car accident on Normandy at the traffic light in which a dog was ejected or jumped out and ran thru there parking lot to the woods behind the building, employees that were leaving work and still working showed sincere concern and were helping to locate and direct citizens searching. A manager came out asking twice even an hour later wanting to know. In the end we found the pooch and it seemed to be OK.

A big truck made a delivery across the street and then drove through my yard to turn around. 3/30/24. 1:30 pm. Tire marks in my grass. I am not happy, contacting the corporate office.

It is very disheartening to be driving an 18 wheeler with 40k lbs loaded without adequate signage for trucks until you PASS the gate for trucks. There are two small green signs with skewed fonts so you don’t see it until you miss it. You all have 3 other signs telling truckers where to go ... AFTER passing energy street. There needs to be a sign, I had to you turn because what else could I do? This isn’t fair to the local residents. Please put up a sign.

Messed up my whole week. I needed to pick up the load after this one and thanks to these guys I couldn't make it so now looks like I'm stuck in Florida for the long holiday weekend... I arrived 1 hour early right before my appointment at 10:00 a.m. and they didn't get me out till about 1700.. only had about 10 or 15 pallets, no reason for this, unacceptable. I completely feel unfulfilled...

North Normandy has been a street I as a resident take each and every day. Amazon can't put a large enough sign up telling trucks where to enter. Every single day I personally encounter semi's making u-turns. I've been flagged by a semi to blindly go around him so he could u-turn. This isn't a once in a while occurance. This is dangerous for the residents. You moved into our neighborhood. You need to respect our lives and get a BIGGER ENTRY SIGN! You are endangering Deltona residents by your lack of concern.

I saw the reviews and I thought I would be waiting a while but I was in and out had a live unload and was out of there in less than an hour and it was easy to find especially if you look here on Google maps. I don't understand how people could pass it up it's the only entrance. Way to go Amazon be more than happy to come back, keep up the good work 👍
