I showed up for an interview. Another person shows up. They followed the instructions to call. We waited. 7 more people showed. The instructor comes out. He STARTS by telling us "we are at the lowest volume ever, we sent [a lot] of truck drivers (I swear he said 14. It was very high I knew that) home today. It's a 5 week hire on process. Even after the 5 weeks we don't really know and have to call around. The max hours we are currently getting are 33 to 40. Ok if that didn't scare you off let's continue."

God bless the guy who led the "this is ridiculous" pack out of there. I couldn't believe what I heard. Half the group just walked out. Why didn't they mention any of that BEFORE all of us wasted gas coming over? That's was a 40 min trip there and back for me....

Sending drivers home? Hey welcome! We might send you home as soon as you start! What kind of world is this?!?!?

FOR AMAZON FLEX DRIVERS. Guys, appreciate your time and the opportunity to earn. Please think twice before TAKING a BLOCK here.

This station only gives every block for an insanely long distance. It was from this useless station that I took a 2 hour block and it was, NOTHING, literally ZERO EARNINGS - trip was in Rockford. They pay me for this JUST - $47. Time spent on the block and back to the house (it's near the station) 3.5 hours.

I had a record once, I drove 280 miles and they paid me either $76 or $82 for it, can't remember exactly.

The other day I picked up a block for $90 dollars and my trip was 200 miles where there were $6 toll roads. If you take fuel expense and toll roads, that block took me 5 hours to complete and my earnings were $65.

Guys, I'm not writing this review to reduce competition for me or anybody else, I'm writing this so that moms and dads who have to take on extra work after their main job in Amazon Flex just to pay today's crazy bills don't fall into the trap!!!! Do not support those who do not appreciate you!
Let these employees deliver their own packages for those pennies, don’t work here for charity. Don't let them put you into bankruptcy and a situation where you can't pay your bills!

Easy to find but the parking is terrible. There are handicap parking spaces right in front of the pick up station. They have a couple of marked spaces for the station a short distance from them but the employees are always parked in them. Not convenient.

Wont be delivering from this station anymore first of all i got there early at 3am 15min early for my route ended up leaving the station at 3:27 already late because they wont let you through. I was sent out to marengo about 40 miles away with stops that were 5-7 miles apart absolutely horrible roads also had to pay about $5 in tolls 3.5 hr block for 79$ is just not worth it drove a total of 140 miles from my home until i got back. Hope this helps anyone trying to deliver from this station

Ring doorbell on repeat cause it’s very soft sounding on inside of building. Either do that. Or bang on the door N005 real hard. Took 30 minutes for them to realize I was checking in

Worst Amazon facility ever I live 20 minutes from the facility and it’s taking them three days to give me my package because apparently it’s supposedly stuck in the warehouse to me. It sounds like an employee decided they wanted it for their child so now they’re scrambling on how to figure out how to replace it because the customer caught on because they won’t even let me go and pick up my package even with the peloton police department, if you can order from somewhere other than Amazon, do it I would give them zero stars if I could and I would review them 100,000 times with the same review and drop their rating to a zero if I could

Some of the people here are nice... but they sent me on a Flex route all the way to Rockford! I drove 175 miles round trip! My 4 hour route turned into 5 because it took me over an hour to get back! That's not cool. I wont be grabbing Flex blocks at this location anymore...
