Amazon needs to launch an investigation on the Livermore, CA location!

I’m a regular Amazon customer for 5 years and like many other customers, almost all my orders that passed through the Livermore, CA delivery facility, SOMETHING always goes wrong.

Not only do Livermore, CA facility always delayed my shipment, other times they falsified status attempts and/or deliveries. One example is stating I have “Incomplete address.” Well the funny thing is I get things delivered by Amazon 3 or 4 times a week and obviously my address is on default and doesn’t change…how is my address flagged as incomplete

Another example is Livermore, CA delivery facility marked my order as “delivered” but I have 2 cameras at my front door (one Ring and one Arlo) and there were no packages delivered nor even anyone coming to my door on said “delivery” day.

I have written this review to challenge not only the integrity of the Livermore, CA facility operations but also their competency to operate at basic capacity. I rarely have any issues with Lathrop, CA and Stockton, CA, but have countless issues with Livermore, CA.

Amazon please investigate and FIX the problem or change managements/drivers! The problem has gotten so bad that If I could WAIT a day or two LONGER for my order NOT to pass through Livermore, CA delivery facility, I would be happy to wait! I dread the moment I see the tracking pop up “Livermore, CA.” PLEASE HELP!!!

Whenever a package comes from this location there always seems to be some sort of excuse or problem. I have had problems on multiple occasions from this delivery station. Today was the last straw. I had made an order and everything was suppose to arrive today. For whatever reason they decided to split the order up and have 2 different deliveries for mind you the same product that I purchased multiple of. Needless to say I got partial delivery today while the other package was promised to be delivered today. First by noon, then, 2-6,then 2:30-6:30, and then by 10pm. So the kicker is while they are promising me that it will be delivered by 10pm today here is a screenshot of the package BACK AT THE FACILITY. It's great to pay for Prime and then not ever seem to get it when dealing with this particular delivery station.
