Machines & repair is great.
Customer service is very slow. Good luck if you are going there to pick up a part, plan on at least 30 minutes..

Had a huge issue with one of our forklifts completely not functional, hydraulic fluid leaking everywhere. Emailed Alta Montgomery and they sent a tech out. Tech was Jeremy A. He was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile in making sure our Forklift would work THAT DAY. I was genuinely impressed with the amount of care he put into making sure everything was working before he left. I have had mixed experiences with Alta in the past and this has positively changed my view of the company by a large amount. Thank you Jeremy.
