We paid them for gas and delivery they said Thursday we have to shower with cold water until Monday! I am seriously thinking of changing gas company
customer service is very poor they failed us! We will not recommend them to anyone. They took back their tank because of disagreements this review could be long but we are no longer customers ... Good bye forever!

You order propane, they give you a maybe delivery date, and then nothing. Another 2 weeks past and still nothing. You inquire about your delivery and you get bad customer service. Why even provide a service if your not going to fulfill your part? You just take the money and never deliver. I hate companies that advantage of their customers in this way.

When I arrived they told me they were too busy to help me and sent me across the road to another place..

When I found the place across the street was closed they directed me across town because they were to busy.
