I did not receive my deposit back even after it was promised. I removed my cargo trailer to the trailer repair place 2 doors down. Returned 10 days before the 30 day lease was up. Promised the check would be in the mail. No check. A deposit on a leased lot when they have your property as collateral is a scam.

I'm so grateful that I found a well-managed facility that also considered me personally. These days everything is so impersonal and it was refreshing to call Kathy who recognized me by my voice and number. She patiently walked me through a few payment options. They saved me quite a bit of money too. At the conclusion of my need for storage in Flagstaff they wished me well and honorably handed me the deposit, gracefully overlooking a couple shortcomings on my part. I recommend Allguard wholeheartedly.

Very accommodating, the staff are super friendly and the facility is very clean and safe. Recommend! Hard to find places to store your vehicle. They literally bant over backwards to help me out.

I rented 2 units from all guard for about 9 months and have no complaints. Just pay your bill on time and give a 5 day notice before you plan to leave and you will have no problems.

The manager is extremely kind and helpful. She took much care in helping me with renting one of the units. Best customer service i have seen in a very long time and as such i will continue to rent at this location for the foreseeable future whenever needed.
