Contract delivered by email and direct debit for payments. Couldn't be any easier to rent storage space! Pleasant, friendly manager, and she took care of the rental process quickly. Storage access is from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

JR at All Star Mini Storage helped my mom out of a serious jam after her condo complex was damaged by hurricane Sally. He was so kind to work with us and get her a storage unit FAST to store her belongings. We are so grateful!!!!

Poor customer service. Had both mice and fire ants get in my unit. I was not happy with the service. I will not use their units again nor recommend them. No 24 access to customers and less than secure had my unit across the street broken into and some items stolen.
