Terrible delivery service. I bought 3000 sq feet of wood floor and a lot of tile from Floor and Decor. They dont want place wood inside of garage and start videotape me and inside my house. I tried stop him, he called police. After i called manager of store, they damp all product and block my driveway and block access to house. I cant buy in this store anymore, because of delivery driver Gamy, who harassing me. I told them take back wood floor, it is impossible for me move this floor inside myself. And rain will destroy this. Floor and decor will lose big business clients soon.

Don’t offer any real help to the client. They left my shipment in front of my house, 1 pallet was over 5,000 pounds and basically told me to figure it out getting it inside. Will never use again.

We had a tile crew on a jobsite waiting for a delivery all day. The driver no showed during the delivery window and the crew left. I told dispatch that there was no one available after hours to receive the order and to re-schedule the following day. Called several times the next day to confirm delivery window and spent hours waiting for a response. Turns out they dropped the pallet afterhours with no communication and left it with no one onsite to receive the order or sign for it. I asked for a delivery slip but was given none. If it had been stolen, we would have been screwed. Very unprofessional all around. It also took over 2 weeks to get our in-stock material delivered from a local store to our jobsite. Not sure if that is the store's issue or the freight company's, but that was also frustrating. I will be telling the store about this as it is never ok to drop a delivery without scheduling ahead.

I had an awful experience with UPS and a delivery of a pallet of ceramic tile sent from out of state. The driver was willing to place the tile on my main driveway in front of my house, but not the side driveway that leads into my back yard, equally sloped and equally distanced so I sent the tile back to the UPS Service Center because I would not have been able to move the tile by myself--it was over 2600 pounds and 58 boxes of 50 pound each tile boxes!. UPS does not carry a motorized pallet jack in their delivery trucks! I spent over $550.00 for UPS to make the delivery of the tile. I called All Pro Delivery to inquire whether they would be willing to pick up the pallet of tile from UPS and delivery to me. They don't normally do that and still were willing to take the challenge. I say challenge because UPS is the new United States Post Office--they just do not care at all, are rude, act like the customer is not important at all and it's their way or no way. All Pro Delivery sent Pete for my tile and Pete is one amazing man. He had to go through the craziness of UPS Service Center and be persistent to get my tile despite phone calls and emails to the UPS Supervisor the day before and the day of pickup--UPS said they dd not know where the pallet was on the dock--had stacked other items on top of my tile pallet and broke one of the pallet supports making it very difficult to get a pallet jack under it. But Pete did it! This is the third time I have used All Pro Delivery and I can only say that this company should go national with their integrity, prices and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their drivers are outstanding, listen to the customer and are very professional, respectful and polite. I apologize for the long review, but I want to share how far this company will go to make sure that they make their customers happy.

Pallets of flooring was delivered to our home. Oil from the forklift left a very noticeable trail from the street onto the . driveway to the garage. In addition, tire marks were quite visible in the garage. The driver told us that the rain would wash the oil and tire marks away. That was a hard no from me. We immediately contacted All Pro. The driver returned later using a solution which was ineffective. We reached out to the company again. A Mr. Jones proclaimed to make us whole. He and the owner have spent the past several weeks ignoring and avoiding our pleas to make us whole. This company is not professional, honorable or reliable. I would NOT recommend this inept company to anyone.

See the trend in reviews... this company will leave $5000 dollars worth of heavy tile in your front driveway and just leave it like it is a $5 amazn package. Customer service was straight forward... that is their policy and there is nothing you can do about it.

The delivery guy leaked oil in the driveway and falsely claimed that it was washer fluid and also ran over our carpet that was being cut for installation outside. I've left a message for All Pro to get back to me and rectify the situation.

We purchased flooring from Floor and Decor at 2100 W. Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. We asked that the flooring be delivered when it was in stock. When the store received the product, they called me and I made arrangements over the phone. I later received an email to confirm the conversation. The next day we received a call from their driver, Johnny Telsaint, who said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was exactly on time and was great to work with. Very pleasant and spoke with my husband while he unloaded the product. We were both impressed with the way he took care of his job. We would be happy to have Johnny deliver to us again.

It's always who you deal with and we would recommend Floor and Decor because of Johnny.
